THE GEEK CHARMING

The day seemed to go by fast, well at least for Jungkook. And when the school ended he was as ready as ever to make his way to his home sweet home. Outside the gate he saw his hyungs waiting for him. "Hi hyungs!!", he greeted cheerfully, as he made his way towards them. Jin, Namjoon and Yoongi seemed utterly shocked with the younger's sudden change in demeanor. Just this morning, Jungkook was being sulky, being tedious, passive and ordering around how all the stuffs the others did were totally wrong. And looking at him now, being so bubbly, it was quite strange. Never had the three elderly seen Jungkook so cheery, yeah sure he gives out a lot of rude rebukes and then laughs out loud about his own witty comments, but today he was different. The Jungkook, they were seeing in front, was acting childish, bubbly, a side of him that they used to confront back when they were toddlers! But after all these years, seeing such a side of him, was totally....... unpredictable?

"Hey Jungkook. Got yourself a girlfriend huh? Did that Sasha girl work out for you?", Yoongi said while they were walking away from the school, unable to tolerate the curiosity that was boiling inside of him. 

"What hyung! NO!!", Jungkook quickly defended himself. "Why would you ask hyung?"

"Oh no! You look extremely bubbly. Did anything happen?"

"Oh yes! I got an apology!", Jungkook quickly blurted out, before he could stop himself. Trying to get an apology, in top of that from a nerd-oh no- geek (SORRY TAEHYUNG!!) was in all a total embarrassment, but confessing it to his hyung was beyond comparison. He felt so ashamed. It was raining, not a heavy downpour but just a drizzle, but the wind blowing pass them was really cold, almost freezing their bodies. Jungkook looked away, too embarrassed to look at his hyung,   and waiting for his hyung to make fun of him, thanking god for the chilly weather to blame on because his face was almost as red as an apple.

'But then again Yoongi hyung doesn't know who I asked forgivance from! So I hope he doesn't take this thing too seriously. And anyways, I haven't really gotten an apology, I have to do this thing with him, work out with his plan, the plan I don't even kn-', he thought and a sudden hit of realization took over him.  He hurriedly scampered away from his hyungs, ignoring all the shouts and calls from them, at last biding a 'don't worry i will be back home. Take my car!' and made his way to the school backyard, remembering the exact thing Taehyung had told him "School backyard after school! Don't think of any other excuses!". Half part of him argued why he was actually trying and putting effort to get an apology from the latter. He was never that kind of a guy, he'd openly bully anybody, and he'd never have a tinge of guilt in his chest. But then again, another part of him wanted to desperately go find him and ask for yet another apology for the long wait. The drizzle was slowly turning into a downpour. "He couldn't have waited for me this long, would he? And to add fire to the flames, it is raining! Oh I totally shucked up. What is wrong with me? How could I forget the thing that happened just this morning, how could I forget his proposal? oh wait~ what is wrong with me? *scoff* what is wrong with him? How did he dare order me? He's just another nerd. I will teach him a lesson when I get to the school backyard. It'd be better if he has already left or else" But the sight in front of him, transformed all his hatredness into pity and - worry? 

He reached the backyard of the school, and in front of him was a big tree, under it, Taehyung was lying down, totally soaked, wet, shivering with cold, drops of water still falling from his wet hair. He couldn't believe it, Taehyung actually waited for him, out here in this cold, rainy environment. And then a pang of guilt hit the younger. He could form out no words. He went totally stiff, the confidence he had gained when he was running totally lost into a cloud of mist. He stiffly made his way towards the tree. "T-taehyung", he softly said once he reached the said boy. 

Taehyung looked up. Then he gave a smirk and faced down again. "Well, finally! Look who decides to show up." 

"T-Taehyung I'm sorry. Let me explain. I just for-"

"Yes you did. You forgot! You don't know how to take other's feelings into consideration. What did I expect-"

"TAEHYUNG PLEASE!"

"What? Are you feeling hurt now?", Taehyung said, firmly grabbing Jungkook's arms. "I trusted you Jungkook. The time you came out asking for an apology, I thought you changed, I thought you had the goodness in you. And you just proved me wrong, again"

"T-tae"

"You know what I said to Jimin and Hobi hyung. I told them that you changed, I went against them when they said you wouldn't come. I waited for you! "

"Taehyung I'm really sorry. I really am! Please Taehyung I forgot. And if I wouldn't have wanted to come I wouldn't have. And I did. I came now! I didn't know you trusted me."

"Yeah me neither, besides I change my mind"

"Change your what?"

"My mind. I had a brilliant plan, but you had to ruin it! Anyways, It's okay , apology accepted! Happy now? That was what you wanted, didn't you? You got it, so get off now.", Taehyung said pushing past Jungkook and rushing out of the backyard.

"Taehyung wait!!"

But Taehyung kept ignoring the younger's call.

"Taehyung I said wait! We're not done yet. Wait!"

Taehyung came into an abrupt stop. Jungkook didn't notice it and collapsed right into his back. 

"What the hell is wrong with you?"

"Me? What's wrong with me? You were the one telling me to wait... Why?", Taehyung sternly replied with a blank expression in his face. And for the first time, Jungkook felt nervous. He had a million things to say , and a million reasons to defend himself, but his mind went blank, he didn't know what to say.

"What?", Taehyung screamed.

"I don't have my car. The hyungs took it."

"Then what?"

"I can't walk myself home!"

"Wha- ahaha", Taehyung let out a scoff. "Are you serious? Ahaha Little GUKI scared now?", Taehyung said in a mocking tone.

"YAHH!! I am not scared. Why would I be? I just don't want to walk. My feet will get tired of walking."

"Oh gawd!! Kill me please! Then what do you want me to do?"

"Take me home!"

Finally an update.. yay... sorry for the long wait guys, and this probably lame chatter.
And anyways, today Bts won the second time... bloodsweatandtears 2nd win.. aww.. I M so proud.. 😢😢 love BTS...they deserve this and so much more.. ❤❤
