Worried about nessie's twin

Renesmee's pov

I am half human and half vampire, so is my sister. She is very small compared to me and grandpa doesn't know why

She is small, sometimes she stops breathing, she bruises easily, she doesn't cry, she will always have a blank expression when she is awake like she doesn't know how to feel about things and she sleeps a lot

" Good morning Nessie " aunt rose said motherly while picking me up from my cot. I placed my hand on her cheek and showed her a picture of my sister

" She is awake and downstairs" aunt rose said worriedly

I knew how much rose loved children and seeing my sister like this makes her so sad and worried . I nodded my head and she took me into the kitchen

I saw grandma cooking pancakes for jake, Seth and Leah and I looked around until I found my sister in my dads arms while grandpa took some blood from her

She didn't even move when he did it she just kept staring blankly even I winced in pain for her

" Morning " I thought to my dad, his head snapped towards me and he looked really concerned

" Morning Nessie " dad said sweetly

" How is she" I thought to him

" Not good Nessie but don't worry we will figure this out " dad said sternly

I nodded my small head and looked up to see aunt rose coming back to me with two bottles of half baby formula and half animal blood

She gave dad one to feed my sister Elizabeth and rose started to feed me

1 hour later

My sister has fallen asleep again and I am bored

" What is her full name dad "I thought

" Its Elizabeth Rosalice Cullen " dad said lovingly while staring down at her fragile little face

" I love that name, what is my whole name daddy" I thought

" Renesmee Carlie Cullen " dad said lovingly . I nodded with a huge smile on my face
