Ready For a Ride Chapt. 1

My name's Bryce McQuaid. I've always been told I'm too happy. I just happen to always look on bright sides.

I'm smiling, I walk around until I finally find my classroom. I walk in and sit around a bunch of weird looking guys.

"Hi I'm Bryce McQuaid!" I said. I saw a guy with a gray hoodie, the hood was up, there was the weirdest thing ever. It was a bandana with an omega sign covering his eyes. The next one was in a blue hoodie, his hood was up too. He was wearing one of those hoodies where you could zip up the face,I was so jealous. The last one, I could see his face, he had a red X on his right eye, he wasn't wearing a hoodie though, just a red shirt with a cool design in the front.

"I'm Ohm. These are my friends, Jonathan, but we call him Delirious, and Cartoonz. Just call him Cartoonz." He said.

I was wearing a purple hood, so I fit right in, "Do you guys play online multiplayer?" I asked them.

"Duh! We're gamers. We play all kinds of online multiplayers. Gmod is something we mainly play, from Prop Hunt to Guess Who." Said Cartoonz.

"I play Gmod!" I said. I'm so awkward it's cute!

"We could play together." Said Ohm.

"That would be awesome!" I said in a cheery voice.

"Alright class! You will be assigned partner work. Choose your partners, because I don't care. I did have assigned partners, but I lost the page." Said our teacher.

"Delirious let's be partners!" Said Cartoonz.

"Wanna be my partner, Bryce?" Asked Ohm.

"Oh, sure it sounds fun." I said.

"Oh, hey new kid. My name is Miss Leafy. Alright class, the topic of this assignment is basically to choose something both you and your partner are interested in, then write about it, facts or whatever." She said.

After school I asked Ohm if he wanted to come over to my house for the assignment, he agreed and I called my mom to tell her.

"Wow, Bryce, how many friends did you make?" Asked my mom.

"Sup, I'm Ohm." Said Ohm.

"Not too many, just him and his friends." I said.

"Your mother and I are making snacks in case you two get hungry." Said my dad.

"Dad, I only needed snacks when I was a little kid, but I'll take them anyways!" I said.

I walked Ohm to my room, "Why do you cover your face?" I asked.

"I want to be mysterious, like Delirious." He says.

I giggle, "Did you purposely make that rhyme?

"Oh, actually I didn't realize it rhymed." He said.

"What is our topic going to be?" I asked.

He smiled at me and tugged me closer to him. He whispered in my ear, "You know you want me."

"What?!" I said.

I turned to his face and he pressed his lips against mine. I backed off.

"What are you saying?!" I asked.

"Aren't you gay?" He asked.

We sat there in silence, my dad eventually came up to my room and knocked, so it wasn't so awkward anymore. I stood up and opened the door.

"Hey there boys. How's the assignment? I brought snacks!" He said.

"We still can't think of a topic, but we'll find it soon. Thanks for the snacks!" I said. I've been too happy in just the right moments, this was not that moment.

"Alright you two. Well then I'll leave, just don't do anything inappropriate!" He said. My eyes widened, I couldn't tell if Ohm's did.

"Dad that's embarrassing." I said frowning.

"I'm just joking! Ok I'll leave now." He said.

He walked out of my room and I locked the door.

"So you are gay?" Asked Ohm.

"Yeah....are you going to beat me up?" I asked.

"No, why would I? After all, you are cute." Said Ohm.

He gave me a other kiss. I kissed him back. We French kissed. He picked me up and we laid on my bed, it had black pillows and a white covers. He took off his shirt, I was so nervous. He still had that bandana covering his eyes. We made out for a while. I took off my shirt eventually. He still had a bandana over his eyes. He was getting ready to take off his pants, until something interrupted us. There was a knock, on my fucking window. Ohm stopped and I got out of the bed. I walked towards the window and opened it. Ohm and I climbed on my roof.

"Hey guys, we uh kinda got bored. Wanna play some online multiplayer?" Asked Delirious.

"The fuck is your shirts?" Asked Cartoonz.

"Oh, our shirts? Um.....they're gone." I said awkwardly.

"He's gay." Said Ohm.

"Oh, it's okay bro. We have nothing against gays. So don't be scared! So uh, did you two. Do the do?" Asked Cartoonz.

"We were going to but we didn't." I said.

"Alright let's play some online multiplayer!" Said Delirious.

I went back inside my house and so did Ohm. We put on our shirts and walked downstairs.

"Hey mom dad, um. Ohm is gonna leave now." I said.

"Alrighty then! Have a nice day Ohm." Said mom.

"So, Bryce what did you do?" My mom asked.

"Nothing. Just, did our assignment." I said.

"Bryce, honey, you know we don't care that your gay. So tell us, did you tell him?" Asked mom.

"He knows. He's gay too. We did sorta make out." I said.

"Alright well me and your father have to go take care of something. Feel free to invite over those friends of yours." Said mom.

"What are you going to do?" I asked.

"We're gonna go see some puppies at the shelter!" Said dad.

"Be quiet! Alright well we're off!" Said mom. They walked outside. I ran up to my room and stared out the window. They drove away. Cartoonz gave me his number, so we could play online multiplayer with the guys sometime. I called him.

"Wanna come over to my house, and the other guys. My parents are away and they said it's fine, you can bring a laptop, but we also have a room full of working computers." I said.

"Sounds cool! I'll call the guys and we'll be there soon!" He said. I made Bagel Bites, I loved those little pizza snacks. I sat on the couch eating. I later heard a knock on the door.

I ran to the door and opened it. A bunch of guys came in. I didn't know some of them.

"Alright, Bryce, these are the guys. We've never all been together. This is just most of us." Said a guy in a red hoodie.
