Meghan's POV:
I Slowly Open My Eyes And Whimper Barely Able To Move. I Now Remember I Haven't Been In Water In A While And That's Why I Am Like This. I Try To Get My Aunt's Attention But Fail Cause I'm Too Weak. I Cough And I Feel Something Go Down My Mouth And I Cough More And Soon Realize It's Blood. I Cough More And My Aunt And Joey Run In And Gasp. I Stop Coughing And Lay Back Feeling My Death Starting To Approach. I Look At The Cup Of Water And My Aunt Looks Confused At First But Soon Gets It. She Has Joey Leave And Get A Cup Of Water And When He Leaves She Pours The Water On Me And I Turn Into A Mermaid. I Still Feel Weak Though And I Look At Her With Despair Knowing It Didn't Help. She Starts Crying And I Smile At Her And I Cough Up More Blood. I Slowly Close My Eyes And Blackness Takes Over.

Joey's POV:
I Walk In And Gasp Seeing Meghan But With A Tail But She Is Very Pale And Her Aunt Is Crying. I Set The Cups Down And Back Up But Hit Something. She Looks At Me And Gasps.

Meghan's Aunt: It's Not What You Think

Joey: She's A Fish!

Meghan's Aunt: Ok But She Didn't Want To Tell You Cause She Was Afraid She Would Leave You

I Gasp Surprised And I Look At The Very Pale Meghan. I Quickly Go To Her And Start Crying A Little.

Joey: Meghan Please Wake Up I Won't Leave You No Matter What You Are A...And I Love You

Meghan's Aunt: We Need To Get Her In The Ocean

I Nod And We Dry Her Off For Now. I Bring Her In The Car And Her Aunt Drives While I Watch Her. We Soon Get There And I Bring Her Out To The Water Fast. I Make Sure No One Else Is Around And I Go In And Set Her Down But Hold Her So She Is Still In The Water But Not Under Water. She Turns Into A Mermaid And I Whimper Seeing Her Still Pale. I Start Crying And I Hold Her Crying. I Feel A Hand On My Shoulder And I Look To See Meghan Awake But Still A Little Pale But She Looks Better And She Smiles At Me.

Meghan: Y...You Saved Me

Joey: It Was No Problem...I...I Love You

Meghan: I Love You To

I Lean In And Kiss Her And She Kisses Back. Soon She Pulls Away And Blushes And I Blush Back. She Looks At Her Tail And Smiles. She Lets Go And Starts Swimming Out And I Frown. She Soon Jumps Out And Dives Back In And I Smile And Watch Her Swim Around. Soon She Comes Back And We Sit Next To The Sand But Still In The Water.

Meghan's Aunt: You Better Get Home Your Mom Is Probably Worried

She Nods And I Frown.

Joey: I Love You Meghan Remember I'm Always Here If You Need Anything

She Nods And We Kiss. She Hugs Her Aunt And Starts Swimming Away. She Comes Up And Waves Goodbye And We Wave Back. She Swims Away And I Get Up. Her Aunt Takes Me Back To Her House So I Can Drive Home. I Wave Bye And Get In My Car And Go Home. I Sit On My Bed And Think About Meghan Until I Go To Sleep...
