Chapter 22: Adventures

Nasa labas kami ng bahay, Nasa beach.
Hawak ko ang aking sandals and the winds was blowing my hair.

"Sobrang ganda dito." I commented.

"I know." He replied.

"Soo, later? ATV, Jetski, Surfing, and Diving?" I asked excitingly.

"Yup. Pero, tuturuan muna kita magsurf. You might fall." He said and laughed.

"Hey! Marunong naman ako! I know how to surf a little." I said and showed a gesture.

"Naaah. I'll teach you. Mamaya mahulog ka pa sa dagat." He replied.

"Let's ride the ATV naaaa!" I whined.

"Fine. Then we can ride the jetski after." He said.

"Let's gooo!" I dragged his hand going where the ATV was.

I rode the first atv that was parked.

"Race to the hill, James!" I said and started my ATV.

"Naddie!" I heard him call.

He was at the back of my atv, papalapit na siya kaya mas lalo kong binilisan at tumawa. This is fun!

The struggling part was going up to the hill. But I managed. I parked the ATV at the side and went to the peak of the hill and took pictures. The view is breathtaking!

"James?" I called.

"You're fast." He commented while he was having a hard time breathing.

"You okay?" I asked worriedly.

He gave me a hug. "Yeah, I'm fine." He assured and laughed

That made me feel relief. "Aaah, look at the view!" I diverted his attention to the view.

"It looks beautiful." He said and looked at me.

"You're looking at me." I laughed.

"Oo nga. Kasi maganda ka." He casually said. Natawa nalang ako.

Hindi ko nalang siya pinansin. We laid down the grass of the hill and had a long conversation.

"We should get back so you could change in to your swimsuit." He said and stood up.

"Gusto mo lang akong makita eh!" I joked and gave him my arms and he helped me stand up.

"Siyempre." He replied. I squinted at him and just started my atv.

Pagdating namin doon ay naroon si Tito na nanonood. Lauren was nowhere to be found and maybe went out to the beach.

"She's surfing." Bigla kong narinig si Tito.

"Me and Nadz will go jetskiing. You okay here?" He asked his dad.

"Of course!" He answered proudly.

"James!" I called.

"There she is." I heard James uttered.

"We'll head to the beach, Tito!" I said nicely.

"Have fun, okay!" He said as we left.
