~Jezebelle's P.O.V.~

"Bye, Jezebelle! Have a good first day at your new school!" my step-mother called from the couch where she slouched lazily, flipping through the channels with a bored expression. I smiled, taking in her messy, brown hair and dark green eyes rimmed with brown. Her freckles stood out against her slightly tan skin. She looked hardly a day over 21, although she was 28.

I waved and yelled a quiet goodbye before walking out and closing the door softly. I looked up at the dark, cloudy, Guppy, Canada sky and sighed, putting my earbuds in my ears and pressing play on my phone, Vessels by Memphis May Fire immediately blaring in my ears.

I walked down the street towards the school as I hummed quietly to myself, having memorized the way there already. I let another soft sigh escape my lips, tugging my sleeves down as I slowly approached the school. I took my phone from my pocket, yanking my earbuds from my ears, and turned it off before wrapping my earbud cord around it. I tucked my phone in my pocket again and marched into the school, glancing at myself as I passed reflective glass that held a stuffed black bear– that was probably shot brutally in the forest, I thought to myself angrily–, our school's mascot.

My black hair was wavy, and a couple pink, purple, and blue streaks flopped over my eye, my other violet with blue, green, and magenta specks staring back at me.I smiled slightly, my silver lip piercing glinting in the light. My eyes always had been my favorite thing about myself. My tumblr-cat shirt looked kind of silly. It was black and long sleeved with a cat riding through a galaxy on a piece of bacon. Black tights showed through the rips in my white jeans. My black hightop converse sneakers rose just slightly over my ankles. My backpack was pink and black in a checkerboard pattern and had a small Jack The Pumpkin King pushie attactched to it. I smiled and straightened my shirt, pleased with my appearance. I turned and took a small step, only to slam straight into him, tingles racking through my body at the contact.

"Watch it," he said in a deep growl that I found somehow sexy. My eyes shot up to his face, straight to his eyes. That was a huge mistake. His eyes… They were so beautiful. A dark magenta with a dazzling bright green rimming his pupils that just seemed to capture you and hold you there, stopping your breathing. His thick, bluish-black hair was swooped over his eye slightly, the few freckles standing out prominently against his pale skin. The piercing on his eyebrow glinted in the light, and I looked down his body, biting my lip and causing my lip piercing to clink against my teeth slightly.

His body was just so amazingly built. He had that sexy, lean-muscled look, and even through his clothes, you could tell he had abs and "V" shaped hips that every girl adored. His black skinny jeans with the rip on the knee would've looked hideous on any other guy, but on him, they looked amazing. His Bullet For My Valentine band shirt only made me more attracted to him. God, he looked like an an-

My thoughts were cut off with the sound of someone clearing their throat. My eyes shot up to see the male standing before me staring at me with his pierced eyebrow raised, a smirk on his face, making him look sexier than I thought was humanly possible.

"Whatcha starin' at?" he asked in a deep, sarcastic voice that made me shudder.

I began to blush and look down, but I stopped myself and stared him in the eye. In an equally sarcastic and almost rude voice, I said, "I don't even know." With that, I glanced over him once more, causing another shudder, then turned on my heels and walked away, my head held high, "Ooooh"s sounding behind me.
