Chapter 8

Luckily after Biology I had History with Mr. Smith and I had that one with both Leah and Jamie. We sat in a row, me in the middle Jamie on my left and Leah on my right. As soon as we got seated Leah turned to me and said "So is it true?"

"Is what true?" I asked as I didn't even look at her I just continued to pull things out of my bag.

"That you now sit next to Johnny O'Neal in you Biology class?"

"Um ... yeah. I don't see what the big deal is though, it's just Biology."

"Yeah but it's Johnny O'Neal! He's like one of the hottest boys in school and you get to sit next to him for the rest of the year!" Jamie added.

"Guys, he's just a guy. It's not like he's some celebraty. Anyways, you guys want to give me a quick run down on what we're doing in here so I'm not completly lost during the next hour and a half?"

Leah just looked at me with a look that said 'we aren't done with this convorsation but because you don't understand I'm going to help you for now' and started to explain to me what was going on.

After History I had Student Council and then school was out and I had to go to all my classes again for about 30 minutes and my teachers explained everything that was happening. I got to skip Student Council because it isn't really an actual class and we don't learn anything so there isn't anything I need to know.

Once I had left my history lesson I was finally able to go home, except there was one problem, Nick drove me this morning which meant I didn't have a car which meant I had to walk home. Great.

So I started the long trek back home. I guess I could have texted Nick or Jamie or Leah and asked for a ride but I didn't really want to wait around school any longer than I had to and if they came to drive me I would have to sit in the parking lot for who knows how long.

As I was walking along the street I decided I would listen to some music to keep me at least a little entertained. The first song that came on was One Directions "What Makes You Beutiful" and I automatically smiled. Though I don't remember ever downloading the song, so I assume I did in the time that I don't remember, I do remember Listening to this song when it came out and liking it instantly

I started belting the lyrics at the top of my lungs, I honestly didn't care that I sounded like a dying whal and that the entire street could probaly hear me, this was one of my favorite songs and I was going to sing it.

Just then I arrived at my house, so I continued on into the house still listening to my music and not hearing that Nina was calling me from the Kitchen until she came up and tore the earbud from my ear. "Hey what was that for?!"

"I've been trying to call you since you walked through the door but you wouldn't know that because you have your music way too loud.... again." she responded.

I gave her a sheepish look "Sorry, so what did you need?"

"Well I wanted to see how your first day back went. You haven't been back since the... incedent, and I thought maybe it would be a little hard. You sense you probably met new people after freshman year but you probably don't remember-"

"Nina," I cut her off," It's fine I get why you want to know. Come one, lets go to the kitchen I'm hungery anyways. I'll tell you everything there even though there isn't much to tell."

So I took her to the kitchen and told her everything that happened today, including getting a new seating chart in biology and getting placed by Johnny. After I was done, which only took about 15 minutes, she asked if I had any homework, but my teachers being thw awesome teachers they where, realised that giving the girl who doesn't remeber any of the past year homework probably wouldn't be the best idea and told me that I didn't have to do it.

So I ended up sitting in the living room watching Bones while Nina cooked us dinner. After dinner I went up to my room and read a bit then went to bed.
