so i've decided to start my hoe and weight loss journey. like i like my body but i want to start a healthier lifestyle. i'm currently 5'2 and 170ish pounds. and i'm looking to get down to 125 to 130 pounds. if you don't use pounds then that's around 56 kg - 60 kg. it's my choice to lose weight. i just want to get ready for my track season and just be fit. but personally i believe people should be happy in their own and bodies and love themselves the way they are and if you wish to change that should be your own choice and not based on other people's opinions.i'm telling you guys this so i can update you guys on my journey and also you guys can give me some tips and ideas on how to maintain my motivation and weight loss. so track season starts in the end of february and early march. so that's like about 4 1/2 months. i'll update you guys on how i'm doing fitness wise like my mile times and strength goals and such.
