"Hi how are you? ","Am fine the boy replied . Handing Pacifica A flyer with the words entitled in bold the tent of telepathy. She hastened to reach for it but grasped it at once and tried to ran off with it and shut the door closed but she was too nice to even do so. All the boy wanted was to ask her on a date by asking her to go to that an inviting magic show. So instead she just tried to end the conversation and close the door slowly that sounds nice...right? And that's what she did but he just kept staring at the door hopelessly. Out of the blue her cousin Gideon entered the room without caution she snapped at him and yelled his name. "Shh don't you want him to leave?" he replied. With her face turning red with rage and wishing that he would just shut up and stop grinning. She just hated that look on his face ,then his eyes located on the piece of paper she was holding in her hands behind her back. Poor old Gideon he couldn't help to ask her what was she holding. She didn't even give him an answer she just tucked it in even more behind her back. "what's up kiddos" with uncle Gleefull breaking the awkward silence. They immediately turned around with Gideon still looking at her and replying with " you do know I can still see that right?" obviously also getting uncle's attention and making Pacifica handing over the sheet. He looked weary at first but took the paper anyway and he didn't even read all of it he just dropped the paper in disbelief and clutched his fists and started to grind his teeth with rage which was quite out of character but uncle takes nothing more seriously than a business competition. He holds the shack very dearly.

the more and more Pacifica didn't want to go to that show the more she was forced into it. With uncle looking more fierce than ever the kids dashed to their doom. When they arrived only the kids noticed that he parked in a toing zone area but nighter of them dared to tell him but that wasn't the only thing that they hesitated to do; the tent was surprisingly guarded. Just after One of the staff gave them the seats and uncle was still hot under the collar the show steadily started. Dry ice started emerging on the old wooden stage. Two familiar shadows appeared behind  the fog which started to clear "it's them" Gideon said while at the same time looking at pacifica  and waiting for her to react.

They started the act with ordinary magic acts but the one most intriguing was when they got a volunteer he looked like he was in his middle age you can tell with his slightly pruned  face  they put him in a coffin filled with spikes inside when he entered the door closed shut. Blood was dripping out of it, the audience turned so quiet you could hear a pin drop. Dry ice started to fill the stage again. With not a moment sooner the men emerged and the atmosphere changed swiftly . The intermission started and it's a good thing it did Pacifica was eager to get out of her seat. she wanted Gideon to tag along but he was so focused on his game she did not even bother. So she was alone on this one . Subsequently getting passed the staff she managed to get backstage as she got closer the second layer curtain promptly opened. "you do know you're not supposed to be here right?! ": he answered with an intriguing smug on his face. Pacifica's eyes widen and stepped back to take it all in. "Dipper?" she desperately said his name. She started to stutter but gained her confidence at once. She looked at him like it was the first time they met but was in't ... She asked for his sister well being but he just shook his head with shame. which meant the same way as in now you care. She persisted but still no response she just got the curtain stuffed into her face for an answer. Pacifica had no choice but to give up there was nothing left to do. Although she did not take no for an answer she snooped around even further she really wanted to know how it happened it's like there is someone at the back of her head telling her that it wasn't just a magic trick . She wanted to stay longer but unfortunately the show was about to start and if she did they might get suspicious. Luckily her timing was perfect uncle was yaping with a stranger as usual and Gideon was still on his game like nothing happened.

The show ended and the kids surely enjoyed themselves . Even Though that does not mean those thoughts did not stop running through her head. After that show ended she just wanted to go home and hypothesized there. Until they realized that the car was missing. which wasn't quite surprising for the kids but uncle was so close to lose his wits as far as they heard a voice coming from the distance telling them to wait which sounded quite familiar it barely affected Gideon but Pacifica had a slight anxiety attack she didn't want to turn around and accept reality while cowardly deciding to turn around or not uncle was already discussing about the situation and resolved it with no charges. which was quite odd since Mabel is not the forgiving kind of person. Pacifica was forced to thank her but she was still grateful. When they passed each other she shoved Pacifica  with her shoulder and gave her a friendly nod looking the least suspicious as possible. It kind of made sense in her head but she had to analyze the car before anyone gets hurt while on the other hand Pacifica looked more suspicious; Gideon and uncle just looked lost. She kept doing this till the way home lucky for them the trip was short. Fortunately they arrived home safely which means it did not make sense even more. All she wanted to do is storm off in "her" room and do nothing except think about what just happend. When she passed the living room door she saw a small letter on the table so she did what she did best investigate she slowly opened the envelope that had her name on it while consciously reading the latter it was the same guy that she left him behind the door. According to him he did take the hint he just wanted to be friends at least. It was a bit harsh to hear someone express his feelings like that because it wasn't her intention to make him feel like that. She was too exhausted to continue reading the latter. She was  done literally she just dashed to her room and laid on her bed for a few hrs  like nothing occurred but it's still hard to do so. Not to mention the nocking on the door interrupted her therapy session. Gideon's voice coming from outside telling her to go down for breakfast. She got spooked and  almost landed on her face while hitting the floor. emperantly  her therapy session lasted longer than she expected. She forced herself to get out of  bed and go down Stairs. On the way down her stimulus sensed  that familiar smell. The table was set up. With plates on the table and the pancakes sizzling with syrup melting on the cakes her mouth started to water.

After they finished their plates and nagged about how long there day is going to be after uncle told them to help him with the shack. While the kids were arguing he just grabbed the newspaper and ignored them. In hindsight She didn't seem to notice at first  but the twins were on the headlines in the front page of the newspaper. Nighter uncle noticed but Gideon gave Pacifica a nod telling her to look.
She was uncertain on what to do if to ignore or just to pretend to tag along with him but
From the LOOKS of it this is just the beginning.
