Short after we leave the city we find a huge Target and me and Danny go off to find me some clothes while the others buy something to eat on the journey. At first it's a little bit awkward, shopping with Dan, but we are just practical and focus on getting the things we need and get out. I pick up a pack of basic t-shirts, three pairs of shorts, a pair of sweatpants, a hoodie and a pair of super cute PJshorts with little teddy bears on them. I also grab a pair of discopants and a nicer top for whenever I need to dress up a bit. When Danny looks away I through in a pack of underwear and two bras and then we head over to the sanitary section for a deodorant, a face wash, a toothbrush (finally!), and just some mascara that looks alright, the same foundation I always buy, a setting powder, a liquid eyeliner, a blush and a nice eye shadow. To that I pick up a brush for the setting powder, I can use the same one for the blush. I also manage to sneak in a pack of tampons. A pair of hair ties, bobby pins, two books and a hair brush later we are out and head to the bus with a huge bag. Everyone is there and they've got sandwiches and Starbucks for everyone. I enjoy my frappucino as the bus starts.

Everyone is kinda minding their own business as Mark picks up a guitar and starts playing it a bit quietly. Danny notice the tune and pick it up, humming, as Ben drums the beat on the table. I can't help but digging along.

It could be ten, but then again, I can't remember half an hour since a quarter to four. Throw your clothes, the second side of Surfer Rosa, and you leave me with my jaw on the floor.

When the chorus starts, me and Danny jumps up on the same time and sing loud in each others faces as we dance around the bus.

Just when you think you're in control, just when you think you've got a hold, just when you gets on a roll, here it goes, here it goes, here it goes again! Oh here it goes again!

We jump around and sing and finish of the song with a killer pose. Then it all goes back to normal. A random dance party, just my style.

We get there at six and then we head straight to the venue where they are playing. We don't have a lot of time and so when the doors open everyone runs off to their things. I stay with Dan, Mark, Glen, Ben and Rodney and after we get our backstage passes we check out the main stage. It's an absolutely beautiful hall with balconies on the sides, red velvet chairs and paintings on the ceilings. Then we go off backstage and hang out there, they change clothes, go over the set list and all that fun stuff. Sound check sounds great and after that I just hang out in one of the chairs, waiting for the audience to be let in as the guys are backstage in the dressing room, doing a couple of interviews and hyping up. I go backstage and take a seat on a chair there and in just a second everyone clears off the stage, only the instruments being there, and the doors open. The crowd fills up the place and the sound of excited voices really sets me in the mood. The guys come jumping in, gets their little things for their ears and Mark and Ben pick up their instruments. It all puts a smile on my face and I think that their fans are so lucky that every single show means so much to them and that they always try to do their best. The lights goes down and a unbelievably high screaming noise raise from the crowd. The little movie starts and Ben and Rodney walk on stage. After that Glen walks on, the noise gets even louder, and his drums give it all some texture. Mark goes off and after him Danny. And they put on a hell of a show.

After they're done they get some water in their system and talk about the show and their excited faces is just so adorable. Then we just sit around and wait for all of the gear to being packed into the bus  before we walk out. I'm not sure if they expected it, but it was certainly a surprise for me when people where standing outside the door when we where heading for the bus. Greetings flow over us and the guys smile and start to say hello to everyone, give out hugs, take pictures and write autographs. I wave to Mark that I'll be on the bus and jump in. They get in after about half an hour.

"Wow" I say.

"I know right?" Mark says with a happy look. "They're amazing."

"One of the best parts" Danny says and everyone agree.

"But they're so... Dedicated, haha. I mean we where in there for like an hour and they waited?"

"Yep."

"Wow..."

We get to the hotel and we all stay in mine and Danny's room. Since they already had booked the rooms I obviously didn't get my own so me and Danny figured that we had been staying in the same room for like three days before we could do it one more night. They get a beer and I get a coke and we just sit around and have a good time, chat and play music. Then they plan on going down town and see if they can find any bar because it's Friday, something I haven't thought of. But I stay in the hotel room.

"You sure you don't wanna come?" Ben asks right before they leave. I just shake my head no, I'm gonna stay in and catch up on some sleep and watch tv or something. They leave and I pile up the pillows to make it comfortable. At about half past nine I figure I'll go to bed, there is nothing good on the tv anyways and I'm tired from not getting much sleep last night. I brush my teeth, take a shower and change into my PJshorts and a t-shirt. Before I cuddle up under the covers I turn the air condition to max since, just like the tour manager said, it really is hot and I want to be able to actually sleep under the covers. It doesn't take long before I fall asleep.

I wake up to a weird noise. It's still dark outside and it takes a while before I realize that it's Danny's phone buzzing on the beside table. I pick it up, the light screen makes me blind for a minute, and I see that it's Mark calling. Maybe I should be a little bit worried, but I'm just tired. As I pick it up I look at the clock; it's 02:30.

"Hello?"

"Carrie! Carrie, Carrie, Carrieeee..." I don't recognize Dan's voice at first but then it rings a bell. "I... I just love you, you know that? I think... Hope..."

I laugh a little, he is drunk his ass. "Dan, you're drunk, I'll see you tomorrow." I tell him.

"No! No, you wait I have to tell you, you never know NO M-MARK YOU CAN'T DO THAT what can happen. I... You mean so much to me and I'll be here for you, okay? I'll be there for you... When the rain starts to fall."

I lie down my head on my pillow while I wait for him to finish the theme song to Friends.

"You're a part of my life and...

"Yeah, yeah I love you too, okay? I'll see you soon."

"Yes, I'll see you soon. Goodbye Carrie."

"Goodbye Dan." I go back to sleep, but wake up again an hour later. I hear someone opening the door and then closing it. Dan is stumbling through the room and into the bathroom. I can hear him doing something before he comes out. I don't even bother to look up, my head is so heavy, but I can feel his weight when he sits down on the bed.

"Oh my God" he sludders under his breath. After a little while I feel his arm lightly around my waist. And I know that it doesn't mean anything, but it's nice to know that he is back, safe.
