" Natsu go to sleep " Igneel roared at the small pink-haired child.

" Fine you oversized Lizard " Natsu huffed as he lay down on his makeshift bed made of leaves and Vulcan Fur. " Goodnight Igneel " Natsu said quietly before escaping to the world made of fighting food that Natsu calls his dreams. ' I'm sorry about this Natsu ' Igneel thought as he placed the square patterned scarf around Natsu's neck. Igneel's claw started disappearing as he touched Natsu's chest where his heart remained. Natsu woke up the next morning and walked out of the cave expecting to see Igneel.

" Hm, where did I get this scarf from " Natsu walked around the mountain to look for Igneel for a couple of hours before he gave up and went back to the cave. ' Where did he go ' Natsu thought as pools tears gathered in the corners of both his eyes. " He's probably out getting food, " Natsu thought aloud as he wiped away the tears. ' Yeah, he's just getting some food guess I better start training.' Natsu thought before he started training.

Natsu did five-hundred push-ups, five-hundred sit-ups, five-thousand jumping jacks, ran twelve miles in ten minutes, crushed ten eight-foot boulders with Fire Dragon; Iron Fist knocked down two-hundred trees with Fire Dragon; Claw, and then he leveled three miles of land four times using Fire Dragon; Roar. Natsu fell back on his but after the last roar panting. ' The sun is already setting ' Natsu thought as he looked up at the orange sky. Natsu popped up to his feet.

" Igneel, Igneel, Igneel where are you Igneel " Natsu yelled out as tears were falling from his eyes freely now. ' He left me just like my old family' Natsu thought as he let out a choked sob. " Igneel come back I promise I'll be better I'll work twice as hard please Igneel come back " Natsu cried to the sky as his body shook slightly as he slumped to the floor and cried into the scarf that smelled exactly like Igneel. Natsu heard some rustling in the bush behind him and he turned around quickly. ' Three people but none of them are Igneel ' Natsu thought sadly.

" You see John I told you I heard crying, " Said one man he looked to be 5.11 he had black hair he was a bit chubby and he had a very unpleasant look to him. He was looking to his left to the man he called John who also had black hair but he was 6.6 he was really buff and had a scruffy beard. The man is quite was 5.6 and really skinny he looked angry and his left eye was twitching a lot.

" Will you to bozos stop bickering and get the child already I can sense the strong magic inside of him? " The skinny man told them in an annoyed tone. They both looked at him and then each other then nodded and started running at Natsu with an evil glint in their eyes. Natsu sensed their ill intent and turned around to run. " Don't stop until you catch him " The man yelled again. Natsu was having a hard time avoiding their wide range magic beams and running at a constant speed that would stay in front of the two. One of the beams hit Natsu's leg growing it up in the air and causing him to fall on his butt. Natsu tried to get up but the taller of the males grabbed his arms moved them behind Natsu's back and picked Natsu up causing him immense pain.

" Drain him dude, " John said to his brother. His brother smiled and gathered magic in his right hand then punched Natsu in the stomach draining his magic and effectively knocking Natsu unconscious. " Hey, Jason what age do you think this kid is, " John said to the skinny man while he had Natsu slugged over his shoulder like a bag of potatoes.

" I don't know and I don't care why don't you ask Jake " Jason said in a really bored and dull tone signifying that John was not going to get an answer out of him. ' Who pissed in his cereal ' John thought as he looked away. The only reason I stayed for this one is that he seems like he would make a nice test rat " Jason said in a crazed tone.

" Wait your really going to test one oh I can't wait to see what type of powerhouse your first subject becomes, " John said in an excited tone. ' Man I almost feel sorry for the kid... Almost I'm too funny ' John thought while smiling cruelly. " So bro want age does you guess a what three thousand say he is, " John asked Jake going back to their old topic.
