Sometimes people shame crying. Don't ask me why because I couldn't tell you. To me crying shows something like bravery. It doesn't show weakness to me. It shows that you actually give a damn. Cry because you lost a game. Cry because your favorite character in a book died. It means that you care. Just cry it out. Watch a sad movie. Fall in love with characters, develop hate for others. Get attached for 2 hours. And in the end, when your favorite character ends the movie with a touching tribute to someone fallen, or someone just plain falls...Cry. Cry about it. Let it all out. Because you'll realize right then and there, you're not just crying about something from a script. You'll find yourself crying about everything else you didn't have a "reason" to cry about before.

I wrote this while I was brushing my teeth. It was also after I watched "Black Hawk Down." I suggest watching it because I found myself crying about everything else in my life that I hadn't found time to cry about yet. I also cried about the movie too I'm not totally heartless.
