VOL. I::Chapter 1--Kurosaki Ichigo

VOLUME I--The Collision

CHAPTER 1--Kurosaki Ichigo

"Where do you suppose they came from?" asked a girl.

"I don't know, but the girl with the huge-" THUMP!

"Huge what, Naruto?"

"Nothing, nothing! Hey, they're waking up! Hey! Where did you come from mysterious strangers?" THUMP!

"Ow, Sakura, that really hurt!"

"Shut up, fool! They're awake!"

"I just said that..." he mumbled.

I opened my eyes to a brief splitting headache and three people standing above me. One was the girl I had heard with short pink hair. The loud one was the boy with bright spiky blond hair and blue eyes. The other boy was more quiet and aloof, with dark hair and a tight fitting black half shirt on.

"Hello, I am Sai. What's your name stranger? Where did you come from?" He said with a kind plain voice. I jumped out of my body, flash-stepped a few meters away and saw that Toshiro, Orihime, Rukia, Renji, Chad, Uryuu, and Rangiku were here as well.

"Who are you?" I yelled. I swung my sword around. They all had on headbands with upside down snails on them. The pink haired girl dropped to her knees and blue stuff enveloped her hand. She reached for Orihime.

"Stop it! Don't touch them!" I flash stepped towards her, but the loud kid jumped in front of me. "Hey, what's your problem? We find you here and now you're all attack mode?"

"Where is here?" Orihime woke up and screamed. The girl was trying to put the blue stuff on her again. I slashed the air and Zangetsu clanged off of a small knife like weapon. "Try that again, jerk!" The boy actually jumped at me with his knife. I slashed the air and several clones of the boy jumped out of nowhere. I flash stepped behind him and kicked in down. "Answer me, dammit!"

"The boy's clones threw punches and slashed the little knives. One knicked my cheek and I felt a long thin cut. I jumped back. "I'm Naruto Uzumaki. I'm a Leaf Village ninja! You're in Konoha Village, the Leaf Village, jerk!"

"Ninja?" I stopped and pushed him away. It was sunny, with a thick balmy forest surrounding us. The kids all looked closer to my age.

Renji jumped up and slashed at the boy named Sai. He dodged and after a while started sending little monsters made of ink after Renji.

"Ichigo, what's going on?" Orihime came to stand by me. She put up her shield as a bunch of clones attacked.

"I heard shouts this way," voices were getting closer. Suddenly we were surrounded by a bunch of kids, all with those headbands. A rather large one with auburn hair punched Orihime's shield. Uryuu started to let his arrows fly and the other kids joined in. Less than ten minutes and it was an all out brawl.

"All of you stop it right now!" Toshiro yelled. We all froze and looked at him.

"Hey, who's the short kid?" A blonde girl asked.

"Yeah, a genin like you can't give us orders." The blonde boy I was mostly fighting stalked over to Toshiro, placed a hand in his silver, spiky hair and patted his head. "Go on kid, get out of here, the adults are talking."

Silence.

Toshiro blinked a couple of times, then popped a vein. "Roar! Hyorinmarou!" His sword spang to life in all of it's icy glory and slshed the clone in a cloud of smoke. "I. Am. NOT. A CHILD! I have lived more lifetimes than all of you combined!" With a roar, the fighting broke out once more. "Rangiku, I demand that you get into this, now," Rangiku, who was sitting down rubbing her head lazily, sighed.

"That is an ORDER." He barked. Rangiku took a serious expression and slashed at the blonde clones.

"Hey, how do you order that old lady around like that, kid?" The platinum-blonde girl asked.

"Old? Lady?" Rangiku turned on her with a yell.

"WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?" Another blonde woman asked. She stood like she was in charge.

"Uh, Lady Tsunade!" All the headband kids stopped. A guy with a scarf covering half of his face, a lazy looking kid, and nervous looking woman with a pig in pearls stood over the ridge of a hill encircling our little arena.

All the clones disappeared. "Lady Tsunade, these jerks decided to appear here, then attack us when we tried to help-"

"Help? That pink haired girl was trying to put weird blue stuff on Orihime!" I yelled.

"Yeah, then those other snots came and joined in!" Renji shouted.

" Little Snots! What about small fries over there?"

"Small WHAT?! Come over here and say that again!" Toshiro shouted. The blonde kid jumped over and dew in a big breath. "Sm-" The scarf guy was suddenly covering his mouth and dragging him away. "Let's not agitate, the-" He looked at Toshiro, probably to rethink. "Guy, anymore."

"That's right! All of you shinobi to my place. And you, come with me."

"Or else what?" Chad asked a bit nervously. I hadn't even remembered he was here. Everyone jumped.

"Or else you don't get your information." I straightened and slung my sword over my back, then jumped back into my body and stood up. (This startled all the weirdos who were not us.) Orihime dropped her shield. Uryuu's bow dissipated. Rukia and Renji put away their swords, and Toshiro sneered, then lowered his. We all fell into step and Chad simply followed.

We went through a lot of forest path, then into town. The kids kept turning to glare at us suspiciously. The annoying blonde kid kept making faces until the pink haired girl smacked him upside the head. He whimpered and turned away.

As we walked through the village, all the people stopped what they were doing and stared. All the civillians wore more longish things like we had, but less grand. I also didn't see very many people dressed like me, Chad, Orihime, and Uryuu. They weren't dressed... normally. There were no jeans in sight.

Plus Rneji and the others looked pretty weird, too. They had on the long, black, flowing war robes, and not to mention the crazy swords. I bet we looked pretty strange.

But still, what time was this? The people dressed like they were in Feudal Japan, and these so called "ninjas" wore jumpsuits and had little knapsacks and headbands.

We successfully got into the office and all stood there in silence.

"What the hell is going on?!" Renji yelled.
