You were sitting on thesoft grass under haldir's talan. Everyday you were sitting herewaiting for haldir to come back from his training. But with everyminute that passed you got more and more worried. He should have beenhere already. After a few more minutes you stood up and decided towalk to the trainings field. Maybe he just lost track of time,hetrained so hard everyday. It was his dream to become march warden oneday just like his father. When you reached the trainings field yousaw a few elf's that were still training, you noticed Thalion one ofhaldir's close friends.
"Thalion" You calledhim out for him. You saw him turn around when he heard your voice.You got more worried cause you didnt saw Haldir training with hissword like you saw him so many times before at this place. You sawThalion coming your way. "Could you tell me where is haldir,i waswaiting for him but he didnt come home" You asked Thalion hoping atleast he would know where Haldir was. "Didn't they told you y/n?"He asked you with a questioning face. Now you started getting afraid."whats wrong Thalion,where's Haldfir what happened" You couldnthide your emotions anymore. "There was a little accident and haldirgot hurt. But its not that bad,he's at the healers now"Thalionexplained. You felt tears in your eyes. "How bad is it and how didit happened ?" You asked with a shaking voice, you had always beenso afraid for this moment. So afraid Haldir would been taking fromyou. You felt Thalion taking your hands in his,he was such a sweetelf always trying to help and making everyone feel better,but rightknow you just wanted to see haldir. "There was a little orc attackin the woods" Thalion started. You were listening but you didntunderstand Halir was not even a guard of the forest yet,stilltraining. So what has this attack to do with him? Ï think he wantedto prove him self,when he heard of the attack he just went away tothe woods" Thalion explained himself. Your worry now turned intoanger,how could he be so stupid . She could have lost him onlybecause he needed to prove himself! "I want to see him Thalion"You wanted to see with your own eyes how bad it was. "Come I willtake you" Thalion said and began to walk to the healers.
It was only a little walkfrom the trainings field to the healers but right now it felt likehours. But fortunately it was not long before you climbed the stairsto the healers. Hopefully the healers would let you see Haldir. Yousaw Thalion walking towards one of the healers and started to talk tohim. When you stood there waiting for thalion to return you wonderedwhat kind of punishment haldir would get for this. His father thecurrent march warden would be so angry you thought. You saw Thalioncoming your way again,finally ended his talk with the healer. "ComeI take you to haldir,but the healer told me to be quiet cause he'ssleeping right now." Thalion told. But you couldnt even care,youjust wanted to see haldir finally. Thalion walked you to the roomwhere haldir was laying. "I will leave you alone with him y/n"Thalion said. "Thank you for everything Thalion" You smiledthankfully at him. You opened the door and you sighed with reliefwhen you saw him sleeping peacefully. You walked towards the side ofhis bed and looked at his face,there was a little bandage on hisforehead. And his left hand was also a bandage,but you didnt careanymore. He was safe. You gently bend over to his face and place asoft kiss on his lips. You smile when you see him opening his eye'scarefully. He smiled when he sees your face. "Sorry y/n" Heslowly whispers. You couldnt be angry at him even more hearing himsay that. You smiled,if only the other elfs could see him like this.How soft and sweet he could be and not only the cold and hard likethe outside saw him. "Don t worry haldir,you need to rest now"You say to him. "Y/n stay here with me tonight,i missed you"Haldir asked you with a small smile around his lips. How could youresist him when he asked you whit that look in his eye's. "ShhhhhHaldir I stay with you,now dont't worry." you said while you gentlymoved him a bit to make room in the bed so you can lie beside him.You carefully get into the bed and he places his head on your chestwhile he closes his eye's again. Just before he falls asleep you hearhim whisper one more thing. "I love you y/n" You give him alittle kiss on his head while you drift of to sleep with haldir safein your arms,
