Elliot Grace POV
It was hard, at first, to get used to and realize that she was actually gone. I found myself absentmindedly get ready to walk out the door to go to the hospital, or watching Teen Wolf just to picture she was there. But she wasn't. Within a month and a half I was beginning to be okay again, I was eating more and learning to get back in the swing of things. Today was the day, I was back in the hospital, but this time for a great reason, Spencer's c-section was scheduled for an hour and a half from now. The doctor had ushered everyone out twenty minutes ago, besides the people who were staying with her. Meaning Nash and I. Spence was doing well, contrary to her normal self, she wasn't freaking out yet. She was the opposite, it was as if she was glowing, Nash right along with her. With all that had happened the couple wanted the gender to remain a surprise, so, it was only Sandra and I that knew. They were in for the shock of there lives, but I knew Spencer and Nash both would be overjoyed. Plus, they would always have someone to call for help, not just meaning me, but the overflowing waiting room that had all of the family in it. Both the Magcon and Musically families were not so patiently waiting, plus Skylar and Carson, the Grier's and Spence's parents. It was something we had both talked about since we became close. I would be there when she had her kids, and she would be there when I had mine. "How are you feeling Spence?" I asked with a big smile on my face. "Okay, excited but anxious." Nash sensed the fear in her voice sending sweet words her way. "Alright Miss Woods are you ready?" The doctor was a kind lady, about my mom's age, that had been nice enough to let the three of us stay. "I believe so." At this point they had already given her the shot and she couldn't feel anything in her lower body she said. When I found out the baby news I made sure that Sandra and I had enough if everything, clothes, bottles, the whole nine yards. This was going to be a journey in itself. The surgery room was different, and each of us were put on one side of her. It was over in a flash, didn't even really take that long, and you can imagine the looks on the couples faces when told that they had another baby to go. Spencer and Nash had not looked at the babies on the screen since they started wanting it to be a surprise. Both of my nephews were happy and healthy, and the parents (along with me boo-hooing to the side), cried with joy. "They're beautiful." Spencer whispered looking between the bundle in Nash's arms and the other in hers. Kisses were put on each head, the twins and Spencer's by Nash who was left speechless. "I'll leave you two alone but will be back soon." I spoke after them letting me hold each of my nephews and them being named. They both told me goodbye with words of thanks as I went to tell the others the great news after Nash asking kindly.
Excited energy roared through the waiting room, that and the distinct smell of cleaning supplies. Hospitals. All eyes looked at my big smile that had been plastered to my face since I saw my nephews. "How did it go?" Elizabeth and Sandra asked simultaneously. "Amazing." Was all I replied still on a high with the biggest smile I think I have ever pulled. "Well do tell Elliot." Sarcasm gets you no where Mister Grier, gosh I was getting there. I stuck my tongue out at my boyfriend from across the room. "Jeremiah Cameron Grier and Josiah Brandon Grier were born at 10:37 am. Jeremiah weighs 5 pounds 4 ounces and has a height of 18 inches. Josiah weighs 5 pounds 6 ounces and has a height of 19 inches." Gasps went around the room as they had no idea to expect two babies but everyone was happy for them. Oh yes, these kids were going to be spoiled rotten. "When can we see them?" Matt asked, standing beside Cameron who looked like he might cry. "I'll have to check, im going to have to go back soon but they wanted me to tell you guys." Speaking of, at that moment my pager that they had given me, went off telling me I needed to go back. "And that's my que. Just calm down everyone, I'll be back soon to show you to the baby window. But for now I'll be back, trust me, I think you'll want to ask the parents the questions, no me." Smiling at all of them before leaving, I made my way back to Spencer who was being pushed back into her room, babies now being in the doctor, and im assuming Nash's care. I shot a quick text to Hayes telling them to go to the window that the twins should be settling in by now. His response was instant. Someone was ready to meet his nephews. Spencer was now knocked out on some type of drug that they gave her for when the numbness wore off. The nurse came and got me to go in next and I was ecstatic to go to hold them again. Lined up on the other side of the glass was the 2oish people that came to see the twins. I smiled and did a little wave before walking over to where the doctor stood with Nash beside him. Love was clear in Nash's eyes as he looked at his son's, finally able to hold them once the medical stuff was done. With there being two of them, Nash picked up Jeremiah and I took Josiah. Their faces were red from crying, and tears poured down their faces as we worked to calm them down. Josiah managed to calm in a few minutes, a few seconds after Jeremiah. It was then I noticed how much they looked like there parents, Josiah had Spence's dirty blonde hair and Nash's eyes, while Jeremiah was the opposite. Piercing Green eyes and Nash's chocolate hair. They were beautiful. I could not be happier for my best friend. As the hours went by, everyone go their turn to see the kids, each of them smiling. Once visiting hours were over, we left, the grins never leaving our faces, and as for me, for that next week after that.
