Yay, the end of the day has come. One more class until I can go home.
Ring Ring
The bell rang so I am now heading to Mrs . Martin's class which is Parenting
Don't know what that means
As I walk into class I see Riley with the boys so I walk up to them.
Hey guys! I say "Hey" they all say. I was about to say something when the teacher came in. So we all sat down.
"Good Afternoon class! So today you, as seniors are going to begin the family project. Tomorrow we will go to the orphanage and you and your fake husband or wife will be able to adopt 1- 3 kids this project will last till the end of the year and then you and your partner can decide if you want to keep them after you graduate ."
"Who will our partners be?" Riley asked cheerfully
"Your partners are:
Riley and Farkle
Sarah and Zay
Dave and Jessica
Darby and Yogi .....
I spaced out until I heard my name
" and lastly Maya and Lucas "
"What?! I have to be partners with huckleberry " I yell
But secretly I was really happy inside
"Yes Maya, is there a problem"
"No" I mumbled
"Good"
Then the bell rang
This is going to be a great year I thought to myself, I really like Lucas but I don't show it.
