Chapter Fourteen • Part One

Mike's P.O.V
"No no no." I shake my head, Officially hating myself at the moment. "Dammit I hurt you my baby I'm so sorry." I hold him in my lap.
"I'm fine." He says faintly as I can tell that he's clearly on the verge of passing out. My only response is shaking my head once again, carrying him over and putting him down on the couch. I kneel down in front of him so we make eye contact. I grab his hands and hold them in mine.
"I'm so sorry." I look down, extremely disappointed in myself. Vincent just shrugs, still trembling lightly as he looks at me, forcing a smile once again. "it's okay" he speaks, not really caring.
"No it's not." I insist. "I did this to you. I'm such an asshole."
"No you're not. And I don't mind." He says nonchalantly.
"Well you should mind." I hold his hands tighter. "No one should hit you. Especially not the one that's supposed to love you."
"It's okay though. Because I love you Mr Mike." He smiles at me. "You can do whatever you want to me. I don't care."
I slowly climb on to the couch and put him in my lap again. "I will never hurt you ever again I promise." I state straight out.
"But it's okay if you do. You own me." He leans up and hugs me, resting his head on me. I don't want him treating himself like an object but I keep my mouth shut. I just say one thing.
"I promise I won't take advantage of that."
