Golden wings

How it started

"There's no need to run I've got you now." the deep voice laughs behide her.

Her heart beeps fast and pounds against her chest as she runs in rhythm of her heart beat. She tries to breath steady but her lungs can barley take it. The burn was unbearable, it felt as if she had been inhaling flames every breath she toke.

The night was clear and she could see the moon playing pick-a-boo with the dark and lifeless trees that looked like bony, rough hands reaching for her. Her legs acked with cuts from the forset floor. Twigs caught her beautiful gold dress that macthed her long,soft wings as she flew by fast. She looked left and right, dark shadows all around her....they were everywere it felt like.'you should have listened to Dylan'she thought.

All of a sudden two cold hands grab her by her wings and throw her down hard forcing her scarm.

"Ha ha" the dark angel laughs flatering his leathery bat like wings

"What do you want from me Ari this isn't your place to be...it's not your side..." she coughs out dirt.

"Darlying you know what I want!" Ari yelled rasing up his weapon.

"No....." she crooks.

She starts to get up and fight but, she couldn't. Her body refused. Red eyes perishing through out the forest walls. They were scattered all around her...no place to run...No place to go...no way out.

"You can't run now can you?" Ari laughs.

Ari throws his foot on her stomach to hold her still. Ari pulls a stick like firgure out from his arrow sack. It was pure black with a silver tip. If it wasn't for the moon light she won't have notice it.

"The Arrow of Death...the olny thing that can kill you...I stole it from your sweet Cupid himself." a nasty smile creep across his face as he pulls the string back aiming.

"Any last words?" he ask pushing his foot downward with more force.

She can't get free. Fear fills her body running deep threw her bones, rushing threw her veins. Saddness hits her with a big wave and she no longer thinks of death but of her father... Cupid. The man who raised her not just as a father but as a mother to. Kept her safe when Ari killed her mother thinking she was still pregnant with her. This means she will fail him. She thought of Dylan and how much she loved him and never was able to tell him. She knew it was to late so, she knew what had to be done.

"Kill me now but know this...This is not the end. My power will not die but it will return I vow that it will come back with force that is powerful and holy not even the Arrow of death can stand up to it, not in this life time or the next but, in the far furture it will return and that it will come for you, not only kill but destroy all darkness. Who ever dares to fight against it will die but who stands beside it will live in peace. It will be feared but also worshiped. It's shape will be a women and on her eighteenth birthday will she become all powerful and holy she will receive her golden wings with that she will become Queen of the world." she Vowed as the Arrow was shot threw her heart. Stopping everything even time.
