Cams pregnancy part 2

Booths POV

2 months have past since I broke things off with Cam and it's still awkward but things with her and Arastoo are great and me and bones are good too but Angela give snarky comments to me and cam every chance she get it makes things awkward but at least she hasn't told Brennan, arastoo or anyone for that matter. I don't know but I don't think hodgins knows.

Angela's POV
"Ange, I want to see the tape." Brennan says walking into my office
Hoping she's not talking about what I think she's talking about I say "sorry sweetie what tapes are you on about?" She sighs
"The ones from cams office when we thought that booth and her was having an affair. It has been playing over and over in my mind and I want to know what happened and why booth knew before anyone. They've both been acting strange around each other and it may just be me but I think they've been making eyes at each other"
"Bren sweetie I already told you cam was having an affair with a guy from palaeontology and booth found out and was worried about her and Arastoo."
"Yes I know but I want to know exactly what happened."
"Okay give me an hour to find the right tapes I'll bring them to you."
"Okay thank you Ange you truly are the best friend I could ever ask for." She walks out
"I'm not so sure about that" I sigh heavily thinking "what on earth am I going to do now?" I call booth
"This is Booth speaking"
"Booth this is an emergency Brennan wants me to show her the tapes. Of the conversation where you and cam were talking about your possible baby."
"Oh shit what am I going to do?"
"Not my problem. I'm going to have to show her"
"No Ange it is a problem for you. Once she finds out you lied to her she's going to hate you. And she's going to hate me and she's going to hate cam and possibly anyone else that knew"
"Oh shit yeah what are we going to do?"
"I don't know come to the FBI bring Cam. We will figure this out. "
"I hope so for all of our sakes. Especially Brennan." I hang up and grab my coat go into Cams office. "I need you now please." She follows me and I get to my car and we get in and I drive to the FBI.

15 minutes later when we arrived I had already explained what happened to Cam and I text Brennan. I'm going to grab lunch for when I look for the tape it might take a while so I'll look for the tape when I get back to the office
Then I put my phone in my bag. We sit in booths office and just give ideas around the room. Aubrey knew now so he was helping too.

Meanwhile in the lab
Brennan walked past Hodgins "hi, Jack do you know where Ange keeps the tapes from the offices? I know you've hidden a few in your time I'd like to find one. She's gone to get lunch and I really can't wait"
"Ooh, same reason I presume. Well yeah, do you want me to show you?" He asked about to walk towards his wife's office.
"If you wouldn't mind, please" we walk towards her office and he opens the wall safe and gets 4 boxes out they are filled with discs of footage.
"They are in date order and have the name of who's office is on it and the date recorded. Hope you can find it"  he walks out
"Thanks" Brennan looks for the right one, after 5 minutes she finds the right one and takes it into her office and replies to Angela
Don't rush back Hodgins helped me find the tape I'm about to watch it now. Love you Ange
She starts to go through the week finding the right day and time.

Back at booths office
"Shit" Angela says looking at her phone
"What is it Ange?" Everyone says
"She has the tape Hodgins got it for her. I didn't tell him what was on it so he didn't know better."
"Oh shit she's gonna hate me. I gotta go talk to her before she watched it" Booth said while running out to his car he got in and turned his sirens on and drove as fast as he could to the lab.
Once getting there he got out of his car and sprinted to her office as he opened the door she was sitting on her couch in tears she hadn't realised he walked in. "Bones" she looks at him. "Are you serious?" She said crying.
"I am so sorry."
"You're sorry?"
"I don't know what to say?"
"You don't have to say anything. I'm just going to get my stuff from the house and take the kids to a hotel I'll get a new job somewhere else and you just don't have to say anything"
"No baby please don't move away I lov-"
"DO NOT FINISH THAT STATEMENT JUST DON'T I KNOW YOU DON'T OKAY. Just stop talking. I can't stay here knowing my boss has slept with my husband knowing my best friend lied to me about it and my husband has cheated on me. So I am moving away." By then Booth was crying too
"What about the kids what are you gonna say to them"
"I don't know I'll that we had a fight and they might see you soon but I am too angry for you to take even a step near my kids"
"They are my kids too"
"You lost the privilege to call them your kids when you slept with someone other than their mother. Honestly I don't know how you could have done this to me."
"I'm so sorry please don't leave me I do love you I do and I wish I could go back in time and not do it but I can't I'm so sorry"
"Maybe one day you will know how angry I am but for that to happen I will have to be able to sit with you and talk about it but right now. Right now I can't" Brennan walks out and Angela walks up to her. "Sweetie are you okay?"
"You're almost as bad as him. You knew all this time and you didn't tell me. I thought we were best friends I guess that's means different to me then it does for you" She walks past her too and see cam standing there and just walks past the urge to hit her was strong but she fought that instead.
Booth told aubrey to pretend he didn't know so she had someone to talk to so she'd not be completely alone.

Brennan's PoV

I picked the kids up from school and daycare and took them home. I packed a bag almost immediately. I locked the door and put the key in it so Booth couldn't get in. I had stopped crying at this point and when we got home I told them to go grab a bag and put all of their things in in when they asked me why I said "we are going away for a little bit. I'm not sure how long but we won't be back for a while so you want to grab all you can they both went into their rooms and did so but I knew hank wouldn't do much so I asked Christine to help and she said "mummy why are we going away?"
"Because mummy got hurt. Really bad not physically but emotionally and when this happens I like to get my mind off of things so we're going away."
"Is daddy coming?"
"No sweetie daddy isn't coming because he's part of the reason mummy is hurting." There was a knock on the door. "Quick go help your brother and shut the door" I walk over to the door and look through the peep hole its Aubrey I open it a little bit "hey Aubrey"
"Hey I just wanted to make sure you was okay?"
"I'm not going to lie I've been better but I shouldn't have gotten so people dependent. I was better when I was alone. But I'm glad I did because I got my two babies and I don't need Booth to raise them."
"I'm really sorry about that"
"Did you know?" It suddenly clicked that he is booths bestfriend so he might have known
"What?"
"Did you know that he was sleeping with her?"
"No I didn't"
"Do you want to come in?"
"Yeah please" I let him in. Christine came out and said "mum I can't find a bag big enough for hanks stuff" I turn to her
"There's a bag in the cupboard next to the bathroom" she runs off
"Wait where are you going I thought you was just staying at a hotel for a few nights?"
"No um we're leaving for a while"
"How long?"
"I don't know a month maybe two. We will be back. I've cleared it with the Jeffersonian I'm going on sabbatical. I can't stay here"
"Do you want me to come with you?"
"No you don't have to do that I think Booth will need you more than ever now. You can come and see the kids I trust that you won't let Booth come before I'm ready."
"I won't but I want to come with you Booth has other friends you'll be alone let me help you."
"You can't just leave you have a job and you have Jessica and I think it's best for me to be alone I've get some stuff to figure out and I'll have time to calm down."
"Okay, but call me at least once a day letting me know how the kids are and how you are. Because it's tough and I don't want you to be alone."
"I won't be alone. I have people where I'm going. Some that won't take too much emotion to be near. I'll be okay. I'm just too angry to be here right now."
"What about the kids and Booth?"
"They'll she him again."
"You're just gonna leave him?"
"What would you do?"
"I don't know but id try I think"
"You just don't know what it feels like. But yeah I'm just gonna leave here I'll be back Eventually"
"But What about Angela and me and Hodgins?"
"Angela lied she knew all along. And didn't tell me not much of a bestfriend jack I'll call every once in a while and you I'll see I dont doubt that for a second."
The kids came out "it's almost everything I don't think we need anything else." Christine said
"Alright kids lets go"
"Bren I'll miss you!" Aubrey said
"Yeah I'll miss you too but not for long I'll see you soon" we got in the car and drove away.
