Brother's Teammate (Andrew Benintendi)

Chapter 14

February 17th, 2017. 

Well today's the day! I'm finally leaving Boston and going to live with Xander in Florida for spring training! I couldn't wait to leave the cold and head down to the warm weather. I got up around 6 because my flight was at 10. 

I got into the shower and did all the necessary stuff and then got out and got ready. (Outfit in media)

I finished all my packing and most of my clothes had been shipped down there already and had the rest in my suitcases. 

I went downstairs and ate a quick breakfast and then got into my moms car and we took off towards the airport. Once we got there she helped me with my bags and then we said our goodbyes. 

I went through security and then went to my gate, not without getting Dunkin Donuts first. I sat down at my gate seeing as it was only 8:45 and scrolled through my phone when I saw an article about Andrew. 

I clicked on it and the first thing I see is him kissing another girl. Oh what the fuck not again. I screen-shotted it and sent it to him. 

To: My Prince

What the fuck is this shit?

From: My Prince

Babe, it's not what you think. She kissed me. I wasn't cheating on you.

To: My Prince

Yeah that's the same thing my ex said to me. I gotta go, we'll talk more about this when I get to FL. 

He didn't respond and that's when I got a text from Christian Yelich. We weren't as good of friends as Corey and I are, but we were still friends. 

From: Yelich

Did you see the article about Andrew?

To: Yelich

Indeed I did and I'm pissed and about to sit on a 3 hour flight thinking about it, not the thing I want to do. 

From: Yelich

Shit I forgot you were coming down today. How about I come get you in Fort Myers and you come out with me and G in Miami and stay the night with us and get your mind off of it?

Now that he said that, that's not actually a bad idea. 

To: Yelich 

Sure! I'll text you when I land and then I'll send you the address of Xander's house and then I'll see you later. Gotta go, time to board!

I turned off my phone and boarded the plane and then soon after we were in the air. 

Three hours later, I finally landed in Fort Myers and couldn't wait to see Xander. I grabbed my carry on and purse and got off the plane and then went down to baggage claim where I saw Xander right away and I ran right to him and gave him a hug. 

"I've missed you baby sis!" He said as we were walking to get my bag. "I missed you too. I'm actually going to Miami tonight to hang with Yelich and Stanton. Is that okay?" I asked as we were walking to the car after getting my bags. 

"Yeah that's fine. But what about Andrew?" He asked once we were in the car and I had texted Yelich the address. "I found an article about him on Facebook and he was kissing another girl, so Yelich texted me and told me to go to Miami with him and G for the night to get my mind off of it." 

His hands gripped the steering wheel so tight. "I'm gonna kill Andrew." I rolled my eyes at my protective brother. We were finally at the house and it was beautiful. "X, I love you and your house." I said as I walked inside. (House will be in separate chapter along with Giancarlo's and Christian's house)
