Difference [MARAUDERS ERA]

Prologue

The water splashed against the walls of our dorm room, waking me up from my sleep. Sometimes being in Slytherin wasn't the greatest. The dorms, though peaceful at night, were a nightmare to stay asleep. And, when it was stormy, we'd get no sleep at all. It was probably why we acted like bastards all the time. It's the schools stupid placement of dorms that made it a pain. The Hufflepuffs get easy access to food (and not get caught in the process of getting there), the Ravenclaws and Gryffindors get the other towers, which leaves us Slytherins to the dungeons under the bloody lake.

Usually, the water was relaxing and we would end up sleeping until halfway through our first class. Unfortunately, it had been stormy so we had been kept up all night trying to go to sleep. The night was way too long in that way. 

I rubbed my eyes, and got out of bed, ready to shower and try and stay awake all day. The water splashed on my body. I heard my dorm-mates waking up, and decided - for the better - to get out of the shower as quick as possible.

5th year is going to be difficult.
