A/N: okay. So this is my first attempt at this type of thing. There are some bad words, but it's Allen, what do you expect? Criticism is always welcome as long as it's telling me what I could do better. I know 2p America has other names that people call him, but I prefer to call him Allen/Al. That's not technically wrong. Lots of people in the fandom call him Allen so no hate about that. Oh and there is a AHS spoiler in here. So you've been warned? Other than all of that, let's get right into the story.
Oliver happily skipped over to Al who was watching TV in their shared bedroom. Al was sitting cross-legged on their bed, surrounded by his favorite vegan snacks watching American Horror Story and really seemed like he was enjoying what he was watching. Oliver scooted on to the bed next to him but Al paid him no attention. Oliver watched happily with him. Oliver causally rested his head on Al shoulder when Maggie dies. He happily sighs as all of her internal organs spill from her body. Al, like always, paid no attention to him.
"HA! That's what you get bitch!" Al laughed.
"Swear jar!" Oliver said, lifting his head off his shoulder and reaching for his "swear jar." Al hated that dreadful jar. Oliver held it out for him as Al reached into his wallet with a sigh and pulled out a dollar, putting it in the jar, his eyes not leaving the screen. Oliver smiled and returned the jar to its rightful place.
The episode ended and there was silence and it went to the next episode. During the theme song, Oliver broke the silence.
"Allen, do you love me?" Al hesitated.
"I told you to call me Al."
"Okay, 'Al' answer the question."
"What was the question?"
"Do you love me?"
"Oh...right...hey look! The shows on!" He said pointing to the TV, trying to avoid the question. The theme song had ended and the show had indeed started. Oliver calmly grabbed the romote and turned the TV off.
Al quickly turned to him, obviously upset "What the hell Ollie?! I was watching that!"
"And I'm waiting for an answer." Oliver said calmly.
"Answer to what?!" The American was basically yelling at this point.
"Do you love me? Yes or no?"
"I don't fucking know!"
"How do you not know?!" Oliver asked getting more and more frustrated by the second.
"I mean I don't know! That's it! No secret meaning! No nothing! I just don't know!"
"We've been together for almost a year and you still haven't said you loved me once!" Oliver's eyes filled with tears but he was trying his best not to cry. He knew that it would just end badly right now. He needed to wait for the perfect time. He knew how to get Al to do what ever he wanted, he just needed to wait for the right moment.
"Love is a stupid emotion that only the stupid and the weak feel! Love can get you killed! I'm not stupid Oliver!"
"Then I guess I'm stupid! I love you but I guess you don't feel the same way!" Almost.
"I guess you are stupid!"
Now. "I can't believe I thought you cared about me! You're nothing but a no-good scum-bag!" Oliver cried.
Al cursed at himself. He didn't care about anyone crying, but if it was someone he cared about and he was the one who caused it, it just made him feel like utter and complete shit. He hugs Oliver.
"Look. Okay, I know I can be dumb sometimes, but don't cry. Yes. I care about you. I don't like the word 'love', it's so over used that it means nothing at this point." Oliver looks up at him and smiles softly. His eyes red with tears.
"You really mean it?" Al nods hesitantly. Oliver hugs him smiling brightly.
"I knew it! I knew Matthieu was wrong! I knew you cared!" Al rolls his eyes before widening them suddenly.
"Wait. Matt told you I didn't care?" Ollie nods. "I'll be back I a bit." Al says before standing up, putting his bomber jacket on, grabbing his bat and walking out of the door. Oliver sat there smiling happily to himself until Al returned.
A/N: yep. That's it. Just a random story because I was bored. Idk what I'm doing with my life.
