They're real.

"Hey! Quit that!"

I yelled through various giggles and grins as the tickling hands both went under my armpits and to my toes.

Mommy burst into my room, her eyes were full of worry. Why? Nothing was wrong. I was just playing with my friends! Maybe now she could finally meet them!

"Mommy! This is Elli-zibett" I frowned at my pronunciation of the name,

"And this is Alistar!" I said, pointing at my two best friends.

But mommy looked nervous, yet her eyes were like a storm.

"Honey, no one's there." her voice was full of anxiety.

"That's not true! They're right there! Look!" I said louder.

I looked at my friends: Elizabeth was older than me but not by much. Her hair was light brown (though it looked golden in the sunlight) and her eyes were dark green. She wore a purple dress that was damaged from the many adventures we had; Alistar was older than the both of us (probably...12) he was wearing a small suit it was muddy and torn at the seams but I couldn't care less about that! His eyes were a royal blue and he had dark black hair to match.

They were real. I saw them.

Of course, they were real! How could they not be? I felt their hands tickling me!

Little did I know that would be the last time I ever got to see that house, or see my mommy again. She called a doctor who came to my home and picked me up sobbing, kicking, and screaming for my mommy to help me. Though she looked at me from the window with a stone-faced glare. I was thrown into the back of a white truck with a bright red cross painted on the side of it.

The last words I ever heard my mommy say were,

"May God help you."
