As our hands connected, a flash of lightning struck. We were both thrown backwards, me, back into the mud puddle. But it was not what I was concerned about at the moment, was the incredible amount of power surging through my veins. It was like someone was taking pure essence of strength and forcing it through my veins. It burned and hurt but underneath it, I could almost feel the smallest amount of knowledge knowledge seeping in my body.

(Tumerc's POV)

What did I feel. I felt pain. The pain of ten thousand voices screaming in my skull. Jason, as he called himself, was cringing with pain. That must be the power of my people flowing through him. It must be painful. It was a miracle I was able to focus through all the heavenly voices screaming in my head. The voices of his people I must say. It was strange I must say, but, underneath all the screaming voices, I felt a small surge of power. Strange, people are told to give their soul mates only knowledge, and yet.

I was a good student. Unusually smart for my people. I was unmatched in tests and lessons and strong in power arts ( mostly summoning cause I was a summoner) This caused everyone else in school to be jealous of me, therefore, I had few friends. The only other friends I had were Nelfuana (Faun) and Teriuma. They were both a lot like me.
Oh and to explain the powers (this is for you Werewolf630 cause you asked), my people are magic folk.

We evolved from a subspecies of reptile...."No don't get complicated!" JESUS CHRIST OK JASON!! "No fighting!" Well you started it! *Jason punched me and sent me flying* ( fyi he has super strength if you hadn't already guessed) HEY!! *I send a mace flying at his face*

.......A Long Time of Fighting Later.......

Alright back to the explanation. So ya, basically we are reptiles that have evolved to be just about as smart as humans and have magic powers. Is that simple enough for you Jason? "Yes it is" Good.

Then all of a sudden, it stopped. Just as suddenly as it had started, it stopped. I looked around. Jason was curled up in a small ball in the middle of the mud puddle, poor guy. I then realized that I was covering my ears. I lowered my hands. "Ok, that was strange." I said.
