Bludhaven 5:20 p.m.

Batgirl and Red Robin entered Bludhaven, instantly becoming quiet. Upon seeing M'gann, Superboy, and Tigress, Batgirl walked toward them, Red Robin following close behind. "So what's the mission?" Tigress asked.

"Well, there have been readings of weird temporal anomalies in downtown Bludhaven. We have to go investigate." Batgirl responded.

"What is a temporal anomaly?" Superboy asked, looking confused. M'gann nodded next to him.

Before Batgirl could respond, Red Robin cut in. "Time! Someone is messing with the time stream! Isn't it great?!"

"Umm, so... something's wrong with time in downtown Bludhaven?" M'gann questioned.

"Apparently, but it's very localized." Before Batgirl had time to give them the address, it was gone. "Aaand it's gone."

"We can still investigate where it was, right Batgirl?" Red Robin looked up at her.

"Red, I think that's the best idea you've had all day." She turned to the rest of the team. "M'gann, link us up. The address is an abandoned warehouse down in the city. We don't know what we're walking into, so be prepared for anything. And also, stealth is key." That last part was said mostly to Superboy.

"Hey!"

She smirked and grappled up onto the roof of a nearby building. Well, come on. We don't have all day.

M'gann flew above Batgirl, Red Robin, and Tigress as they grappled and leaped their way over the buildings in their path. Superboy was keeping up pretty well. Batgirl could tell that he was trying to be a bit quieter than usual.

Soon enough, they arrived at their destination. Once on the roof, they decided what each person was going to do.

Batgirl: Superboy, any life signs?

Superboy: None.Wait. One. Basement, left side. It's faint.

Batgirl: Only one? Huh. Whoever was creating the anomaly must be long gone by now.

Miss Martian: I can go in, see what's going on.

Batgirl: Red Robin, go in through the vents. Hack anything you can find. I want to know everything. Miss Martian, camouflage and go in. See what you can find out about what happened. Take Tigress with you. Superboy, go for the life sign. I'm coming with you. Any questions?

....

Batgirl: Alright, go.

Instantly, M'gann grabbed Tigress's arm. They disappeared through the roof into the building. Superboy and Batgirl took the roof entrance, disappearing quickly into the shadows on the stairs. Red Robin took off into the vents that had exits on the roof.

Red Robin: I've found something to hack, but it's old. There's no guarantee that I can get anything from it.

Batgirl: Try anyway. We need to know what happened.

Red Robin: Understood.

Meanwhile, Miss Martian and Tigress weren't really making progress with their mission. They were systematically going through each floor, all the way to the basement.

Tigress: There is notHING HERE!

Batgirl: What do you mean, nothing?

Miss Martian: We have found absolutely nothing disturbed. Even the dust.

Batgirl: That's impossible. If no one was here, how was the anomaly formed?

Red Robin: I may have the answer to that, but it'll need to wait until we get back to the Watchtower. Apparently, someone kept the security cameras running and operational, but that's all. I don't think that anyone's been here in years.

Batgirl: Understood. Me and Superboy are almost to the life sign. Continue searching for anything out of the ordinary.

Miss Martian: Understood Batgirl.

After that discussion, Superboy and Batgirl continued on their way to the life sign. "It's up ahead. Still really faint." Superboy stated.

Batgirl nodded. "You first."

He sent a look at her, and pushed open the door. The room beyond appeared completely undisturbed, but Superboy could sense that something was off. He immediately noticed an overturned table along the back wall. Batgirl quickly followed him in, pulling out a Batarang. She looked around for a minute, getting the same vibe off the place. She eventually spotted a boot sticking out from underneath a dusty plastic sheet, close to the overturned table. "Superboy, help me with this."

He nodded and quickly moved the sheet from the body. Batgirl gasped, putting her hand to her mouth. "My god."
