Broken home

I came home from school wishing that I could stay there forever even though I new I couldn't aj was already home I smelt his pot and felt disgusted I quickly ran up to my room where the air was fresh I sat down on my twin mattress and pulled out my book I started getting pulled into the story just then the front door slammed father must have been home I heard him open the cabinets searching for his pills "ah ha " I could hear him say he went into the basement once he found them my stomach growls I walk downstairs to the kitchen and look for something that I could eat I see some chips I grab the bag and head back to my room I hear mother come through the front door dad went to greet her I heard yelling
"You bitch you've been cheating on me"
"Fuck off"
I hear them yell and yell I walk down the stairs quietly I see mom hit dad then dad smashes a bottle on her head aj runs out of his room seeing mom lying on the floor dad pushes aj to the ground he laid unconscious I quickly ran upstairs and locked my bedroom door I swung open the window and climbed to the tree next to my window
"Arisu come here you little bitch were all playing some card games and we want you to join "
I climbed down as fast as I could and ran fast and far I didn't look back at anything I just keep running
