"Finally, the end of class!" Lauryn exclaimed, Lauryn had just got out of a 3 hour math class. Lauryn hated math, but now that it was over, she could go have lunch and talk with her friends. She was supposed to meet her friend, Jane, by her locker at lunch. Lauryn hurried though the main hallway, up the stairs and into the locker wing. She saw Jane standing at her locker, putting her stuff away.

Lauryn approached Jane with a little skip in her step. "Hi Jane!" Lauryn shouted from behind her as she walked briskly toward her. Jane looked upset to Lauryn, She asked her what was wrong. "Well today, when I was in class..." Jane started crying. " I heard the boy I have a crush on making fun of me and calling me ugly behind my back." she said quietly, with her voice breaking.

Lauryn was pissed, she couldn't understand why her crush would do that, Lauryn told Jane to meet her in the councilors office, but first she had to put her stuff in her locker. Lauryn walked to her locker down the hallway, put in the combination and opened it, only to see a note, folded up 4 ways and put in the top shelf of her locker, she unfolded it and it said,

Dear Lauryn,

I just wanted to let you know how much I Love, and how much you mean to me. You're my dearest sweetheart, the person I always turn to with my problems. You're always there for me, ready to offer an ear or a shoulder. And that means the world to me. I know I can always count on you to give me strength, and to get me on the right track when I'm sad. You're a great person, caring, loving, and kind, a rare sight among stars. And I'm so lucky to have you for a friend.

Love,

A Secret Admirer

Lauryn was shocked to see something like this in her locker, she never knew that someone had liked her... and also how someone got the note in her locker in the first place, but she didn't care, she loved the note and wanted to know what sweet of a guy could write her such a thing.

She set out to ask her friends who may have written the note, but unfortunately, no one seemed to recognize the handwriting, she even asked all of her ex's and they all didn't recognize it, she asked Noah, and Anthony, but still nothing seemed to add up.

She decided to just put the note in her bag and worry about it at the end of the day, but for now, she was supposed to meet Jane in the councilors office. So continuing on her adventure, she went downstairs and right, to the offices wing of the school. Lauryn entered the office and saw Jane in Miss. Lettermans office, still bawling her eyes out, but by the time Lauryn got there, Miss. Letterman has already talked to her but Lauryn knew Jane well enough to tell she cant feel better until she went to Lauryn's house, watched 50 shades of gray, and ate ice cream for about 3 hours.

Since it was almost the end of the day anyway, and they both had a spare, they decided they would just go to Lauryn's house early. it was about a 20 minuet walk to Lauryn's house, it was about half a kilometer away.

When Jane and Lauryn got home, Lauryn popped some water to boil on the stove to make mac'n cheese, that was Jane's favorite thing to have to eat, just because it was simple, good, and easy to make. When the food was done, Lauryn split it into two big bowls and brought it to Lauryn's room, where Jane had been sitting the whole time. Jane had took the liberty of turning on Lauryn's Xbox and put it on Netflix.

Lauryn gave Jane her half of the food and took the controller from Jane. Lauryn put on 50SOG(50 Shades of Gray) and sat next to Jane.

Jane finished eating and went to put her dishes in the sink, then she came back and sat next to Lauryn, and rested her head on her shoulder. Jane now was feeling much better. Jane and Lauryn had been friends since the start of grade 3, and they are now in grade 10, so they have been friends for a good 7 years, so they were very close friends.

Jane and Lauryn didn't actually talk about Jane's problem, but Jane felt better anyway, because she knew that no matter what, Lauryn would be there for her. They watched 50SOG for about 4 hours until 7:00, then Jane had to go home. Lauryn walked Jane out the front door and waved Jane off. Since Jane lived about 2 blocks away, she didn't have a problem with walking.

Lauryn then decided to study and read over the note she received earlier that day. She had no idea who the note came from, but she did know that whoever it is, he knew how to write. the note made her feel special, and loved she soon had to put down the note and go to bed.
