"You can come over!" you said to Luke over the phone. He responded happily, "Okay!" It took him about 15 minutes to reach. Your parents just nodded at him in greeting, not caring that you two were going into your bedroom, because you two were childhood friends. You closed the door and Luke pulled out a movie and slipped it into the player. "IT'S LION KING, HOLY SHIT!" you screamed jumping onto your bed beside Luke, not noticing his adoring look. You both acted out the scenes while standing on your bed. At one scene you both burst out laughing, falling down onto the bed. You were lying down while Luke was sittiing behind your head. Both of you were looking at each other while laughing. Luke slowly stopped laughing, causing you to do the same.
He started to lean closer. You realised both your lips were at the same level, causing you to blush. You also started to raise your head. Finally, both your lips connected, causing your arms to wrap around his neck. Luckily, your bedroom door was closed and locked. There were sparks in the kiss. Luke smiled into the kiss, and you both broke it. You smiled as well, while Luke started blushing, realising he had kissed you and you had kissed back. "You like me?" he asked, then facepalming, realising it sounded stupid. You nodded, blushing for the second time. He grinned and grabbed your hands and asked the question you had imagined him asking since young, "Will you be my girlfriend, (Y/N)?" You smiled, and that was the answer he needed. You both kissed again, both smiling.
The both of you went down into the living room, holding hands. Your father looked up and saw you both holding hands. Instead of yelling at Luke, like you expected, he smiled. He called to your mother and she walked in, grinning. These were unexpected reactions. After some time, you finally figured that your entire family and Luke's had been waiting for you both to get together. In fact, Luke's brother had helped him with ways to ask you out.
