Just a little pain
Has all the others thinking you might not be sane
Just a little prick
Just a little trace
Of all the words you hear when they're screaming in your face
You might think we don't care
That we never will
But please just know there's people who love you still
So put away the knife
Put away the blade
After all it's not you that should have really paid
I know that people say things
I know life can be tuff
Just come to me I'll help you see
Life doesn't have to be so ruff
I hope you'll someday read this
Though I'm doubtful that you will
Just know that I love you
