"Ugh"I growled as I manage to sit myself upright scanning my surroundings. All I can see is a dark forest. I manage to get myself off the ground. "Hello?"I said into the darkness. A manly figure approaches me seemingly out of nowhere. "Follow me." He said in a commanding tone. "Why should I?" I asked. "Would you prefer to stay here out here in the middle of the woods?" He asked condescendingly. "No." I answered as I looked at the ground. "I won't hurt you." He said as he held out his hand for me to grasp. I cautiously put my hand in his and followed him as he lead me to a gravel path which looked old and worn. As we walked along the path I saw a gate. I finally asked. "Where are we going?" He answered with. "To my village." We walked a bit more and finally arrived at the gate. A guard of some sort appeared at the entrance of the gate opening it. The man lets go of my hand and walks into the gate motioning for me to come with him. "Come with me." I obeyed and follow him inside, lagging behind, I look at my surroundings. The village is a very open one, with few houses, a wheat field, and a well. The citizens look very happy. I catch up with the stranger and ask. "May I ask why you brought me, a total stranger,to your village?" He looks at me and smirks. "You aren't gonna hurt us are you?" He asks in a childish tone. "No." I say cautiously."Then why shouldn't I?" He asks as the smirk turns into a grin. I look down at the ground in shame. "I guess there's no reason." I respond. "C'mon" He says as he starts walking faster. I continue to follow him to a stone building. He opens the door and motions for me to go in. "This is where you'll be staying." It looks like a cell. "Um.."I scratch the back of my neck. "Yea.." He says. "This will only be temporary, just until we find you a home." I go into the cell, and look around. It's quite big, for a cell, cozy. I look at the stranger and ask. "What's your name? If you don't mind me asking." He hesitantly answers. "I-I'm Patrick." We shake hands through the cell bars. "Is it weird to ask if you know my name? I don't know if I even have a name." As a frown fills my face he answers. "I don't know your name, but I'm sure we can find out what it is!" A smile decorates his face for a few moments as I slowly walk over to the bed and sit down his smile fades. He enters the cell and sits next to me. I start to lightly blush as he gently wraps my hand in his hands. "It's gonna be ok." His voice sounded reassuring and calm. A small smile spread across my face as he said. "I will help you feel at home any way I can." I couldn't help but notice his beautiful green eyes as he looked me in the eye. "T-Thank you." I couldn't help but stutter as I started blushing even more. He giggled as he watched my face turn bright pink."I'll leave you to rest." He said as he slowly and gently let go of my hands. I watched as he left the stone structure and walked off into the night. I lay down on the bed and stared up at the ceiling. It wasn't long before I drifted asleep. The next morning I woke up to an unfamiliar, female, voice.
