Running down the steps into the kitchen, I looked around for something. "Mom?" I screamed looking under all the mail and homework that was on our counter, "Mom? Do you know where I put my books?" I ran over to the table where my backpack and purse was.
"Which ones honey?" She walked out of her office with all of our passports and all the plane tickets.
"My new ones, The Vow and Safe Haven!" I opened my bags, dropping all the stuff onto the table I saw my car keys, snatching them up. "Oh never mind I left them in my car!" I ran into the kitchen and out the back door, opening my car door I looked in the passenger seat and there they were in the Barnes and Noble bag I had just bought them at, grabbing the bag I shut my door and locked it up my car.
"Find them?" My mom asked while walking downstairs with her suitcases.
"Yup!" I smiled showing her the bag. "What time is dad going to be home?" I sat down on the kitchen stools going through the pages of my books.
"He should be home soon, honey. Can you go upstairs and finish packing? Unless you're already done then can you help out with dinner?" Sighing I got up from the stool and walked over to the table where I just dropped all of the contents of my purse and backpack onto it. Shuffling everything back into my bags, I walked into my living room.
"What are you doing?" I asked my little brother Carter, who was playing on the Xbox. "Did you finish packing? Because dad's gonna be home soon and he said last night that if you're not packed by the time he gets home tonight that you're gonna be in huge trouble." He turned around giving me a glare and rolled his eyes, standing up he turned off the TV. "Good boy!" I patted him on the back.
Carter was my youngest brother he was 6, then my younger sister Alison who had just turned 11, then my other brother Brandon who's 15, then me Faith and I'm 18 tuning 19 in less then a week. And my older sister Stella who's 21, we were the closest out of all of us kids.
Running into my room I turned on my light and walked over to my bed where all of my clothes were folded and neatly stacked, looking over all of my clothes, there about 8 pairs of shorts, more then ten different shirts and 4 dresses and my six favorite bathing suits. Walking out into the hall I looked up and down the hall, walking into Brandon's room I went over to where the door for the attic was and started to open it.
"Faith, what the hell?!" Brandon screamed while he threw a pair of shorts on.
"Calm you're tits I need to get a suit case, because someone didn't get mine." I emphasized the 'someone' meaning I was talking to him, shuffling threw old boxes I finally found my suit case. "Even though Mom told you to get everyones bags." I walked back into the room with my suite case.
"Well thats what happens when you don't get me starbucks in the morning but you get everyone else something." He raised his eyebrows. Walking out of the room I flipped him off. "I'm telling mom!" He screamed while slamming his door shut.
Chuckling to myself I walked over to my sisters room. "Stella?" I knocked on her door, standing there I waited for her to open it, swinging the door she opens looks at me, obviously annoyed with me. "Hey sunshine," I smiled and walked in and jumped on her bed. "Are you all packed yet?"
"No, leave so I can finish!" She pointed towards her desk where all of her clothes and her suit case was sitting on her chair, with nothing in but a curling iron and flat iron in her bags.
"Fine." I spat at her as I got off of her bed, and started walking towards the door. "Oh and would you want to come with me to get snacks for the trip?" I stood in the door way.
"When?" She asked.
"After dinner, cause I think I'm taking Brandon because I didn't get him anything from starbucks this morning when you asked me to go." I rolled my eyes at that fact he was still freaking out after something that happened this morning, he can be such a child sometimes.
