I stand in the middle of a dark eerie forest, the moon illuminating my path.

How did I get here?

I start to make my way down the path, frighten a little by the feeling of soil beneath my bare feet.

I look down and see that I am wearing a beautiful, strapless, white, satin dress, although it looks as if it has been worn though generations.

I hear the snap of a twig, taking my focus always from my attire. I'm stunned to see a lone white wolf, much bigger than I am, to be standing in front of me. It's white coat glows as if the moon's light I reflecting off of it.

In a flash, the wolf takes off. Something in me is pushing me to follow the wolf. And so I do.

I run. I keep running. The wolf is now long gone, but I don't stop.

Why am I still running?

'Aduro.'

Who's there?

'Aduro.'

Why are you calling me?

'Aduro'

What is going on?

"Aduro ups!" I jump out of my treacherous dream state, awoken be my forever forgiving baby sister.

"Addy! You upies now?" Clarissa asks me and the most adorable three year olds voice. I chuckle at her cuteness and slowly sit up, with her in my lap.

"Yes Clary I'm up now, but now I think someone deserves some tickles!" I say and start tickling her. I smile brightly as I hear her tiny squeals of 'stop' and 'no tickles'. I swear, no matter how I am feeling, this little nugget can easily brighten up my day.

As soon as I finish being the 'tickle monster' in Clary's terms, my bedroom door opens.

I see my mom open the door and step into my room. She leans against the frame of the door, letting her head full of black natural rest against it. She shoots me an apologetic smile before she starts to speak.

"I'm sorry Addy, Miss Clary over here was just supposed to knock on your door to see if you were awake, not to wake her up." She says, being more stern towards Clary.

"Mommy it not night night time no more, so Addy gets up!" Clary says, trying to prove her point. She really is the best sister to have.

"Haha I see that little bug. Now how about you go downstairs and have daddy give you some pancakes before you go to daycare." Mother says. Clary eyes go as wide as two saucers and shoots off the bed, running downstairs yelling "CAKEY CAKEY!" My mom and I just laugh, but then it hits me.

I have to be at school by eight o'clock a.m. and Clary goes to daycare at nine.

I snap my head over to my clock on my bedside table.

8:46 a.m.

Now my eyes go wide.

"MOM WHY DIDN'T YOU WAKE ME UP!" I exclaim while racing to my closet, trying to find the quickest outfit to put on.

"Addy it's fine." My mom tries to calm me. "I already called the school and told them that you would be a little late to school today. And be happy that a let you sleep in on a Friday." She tries to lighten up the situation, but this is really not the time.
