Summary
The scene starts out with a flashback of the triplets as children. Kanato is crying because a bat he was playing with flew away, but Laito and Ayato offer to help him find it. However, Laito and Kanato walk off a bit too fast and as Ayato is about to try and catch up with them, Cordelia-revealed to be the triplets' mother-appears and tells him that he needs to study. Ayato refuses, saying he's already been studying all day up until now. Cordelia insults him saying that because he's so stupid, he needs to study even more than that. Ayato asks why only he has to study when Kanato and Laito are allowed to play. Cordelia says he's different from them, but Ayato says he wants to play with them more. Cordelia gets pissed and hits him, saying that he can't become #1 like this. She screams that he's not allowed to lose to that woman's children. She says over and over that he's #1, that he has to be #1. Because if he can be #1, then that person will certainly acknowledge her, since she's his mother. Cordelia says she absolutely can't lose to that old lady Beatrix.
The flashback-dream ends with Ayato waking up with Yui at his side. He asks what she's doing in his room, wondering why she didn't wake him up with her usual "You're always sleeping!" speech. Yui thinks that she was worried about him, but can't seem to say it. Ayato can see the concern on her face, though, and Ayato says if she's that worried, she should give him her blood and then he'll instantly be energetic. Yui agrees without her usual resistance, which surprises Ayato so he asks her if she's an idiot or something. He says it's not the same when she doesn't show her usual reluctant facial expressions. Yui then asks Ayato if he wants her to put on a play/fake reluctance. He bursts out laughing and then says that after all, she really is the best, and then sucks her blood. He notes that her blood is flowing throughout his own body. Then, apparently somewhat delirious, Ayato mutters that if he has Yui's blood-no if he has Yui, then he can be #1. He asks her to "hurry up and awaken" and Yui tries to ask him what he means by that, but he distracts her by sucking her blood some more. She starts to struggle and Ayato laughs, asking why she's doing so now when he's doing what she asked. He tells her not to hold back, as he'll drink her blood until she hits her limits. However, Yui loses power in her legs and starts to feel dizzy from the blood loss. He keeps going, saying he'll continue until she can't resist him at all anymore. As Yui's consciousness starts to fade, Ayato reminds her that he told her from the beginning that she wouldn't be able to run away from him any more...
Translation(Yui's POV)~
Flashback
Kanato: Aah, the bat I finally captured has escaped......! ......uu, waaaaah......
Laito: Ah, come on, Kanato-kun, don't cry. We'll quickly be able to catch it again.
Ayato: That's right! Stop that crying! This Ayato-sama will catch it.
Laito: Okay, then let's go, Ayato-kun!
Ayato: Ah-wait up! Don't go ahead of ore-sama......
Ayato: Ugh!
Cordelia: So you were in a place like this, Ayato.
Ayato: Mother......
Cordelia: Don't just play around all day. Come, return home and study.
Ayato: I-I don't want to......! I was already studying endlessly until just a little while ago!
Cordelia: You......always being so inattentive, nothing really entered that head of yours, right?
Ayato: But......
Cordelia: I'm not listening to any excuses. Come now, we're going.
Ayato: Kanato and Laito are playing, so why is it so bad if only I'm not studying!?
Cordelia: You're different from other children. Now, listen to me!
Ayato: No! I want to play more!
Cordelia: ......this brat, don't you dare talk back to me!
(slapping sound)
Ayato: Wah......ugh!
Cordelia: Like this, do you think you can be the best!?
Cordelia: You absolutely can't lose! Not to the likes of that woman's children......!
Ayato: Mother......

Yui: Are you all right? Ayato-kun. It seemed like you were having a considerable nightmare...... Did you see an unpleasant dream?
Ayato: ......what's this? You're not going to say your usual "You brought me in while I was sleeping again!" complaint?
Yui: That is......
Yui: (After all, things seem strange somehow......?)
Ayato: It's nothing. It's not something for you to be worried over.
Yui: Ayato-kun......
Ayato: If you're worried, though......
Ayato: Give me your blood. If you do that, I'll probably feel good again, you know?
Yui: ............
Yui: (When I look closely, there's a thin layer of sweat on his forehead...... Did he really see a frightening dream, after all?)
Yui: ......all right.
Ayato: Ah?
(clothes rustling sound)
Yui: U-umm......go ahead.
