(Please excuse the terrible grammar and lack of description)

Have you ever feared for your life with every breath you took? Have you ever been so afraid to blink, because you know the moment you close your eyes, your whole life is at stake? Well, that's me. In the span of two hours I have been trapped inside a theme park, chased by freak show acrobats and witnessed the disturbing and tragic death of 4 of my friends. Overwhelmed yet? Well so am I. How about we take a step or two back and let me explain to you dear readers, how all of this came about.

First off, my name is Caine Black; a junior in high school. There's nothing too interesting about me other than the fact that I like mysteries and solving puzzles. I have a couple friends, but there's only two that I'm close with. One of them goes by the name Griffin and the other William. Griffin's hair is a physical representation of Autumn itself. It is composed of soft, muted oranges, to warm, chocolate brown undertones as well as pale yellow highlights. While his hair is filled with warm, reddish orange tones, his complexion is as white as a blank sheet of paper. Or even a thin layer of snow that has just fallen. As you can tell, he doesn't see the light of day very often.

On the other hand, there is William. William has a slightly tan complexion; just enough so that it would be incorrect to classify it fair. His hair is a deep, rich black, the color of a raven's feathers. His eyes are also a deep, olive green color. But enough of the descriptions and back to the story. It was the day before Halloween and I had no idea what I wanted to do. Originally I was thinking of going home to finish up some puzzles that I've been working on recently, but that all changed when I got a text from Noah. Noah is somewhat of a strange kid. He doesn't socialize with others much and is often alone. A couple times I hear him laugh to himself but I've never thought much of it. Anyway, I get his text asking if a couple of my friends and I would like to hang out on Halloween. His father apparently owns an amusement park so he thought it would be fun if we spent our time there.

Originally I thought it was strange that Noah, of all people was the one asking, but nonetheless, I complied without a great deal of hesitation.

Fast forward to Halloween night, me, Grifffin, William and at least 10-15 more people came. In total our group had 19 people, with Noah being the 20th. The amusement park was in a secluded area in the woods which was a strange place to put an amusement park but once again, I didn't think much of it, which was a mistake. A big mistake.

All 19 of us walked up to the entrance and looked around. No one was there. In fact, none of the lights were on in the park either. Everything was just, pitch black.

"Do we have the wrong address?" A girl asks, looking around suspiciously

"I mean it is an amusement park, I don't think there's another one in the next 10 miles," another replies

"Should we just go home?"

"Yea it's kinda creepy, let's go back"

As everyone was about to turn back, a single spotlight lit up in the middle of the park. It wasn't clear as to who was under the spotlight, if anyone was, but it definitely lit up.

"Hey what's that light over there?" Griffin asks, pointing in the direction of the spotlight.

"I thought I saw someone there, maybe it's Noah," another replies

"Yea I mean it is Halloween, maybe this is all part of his setup to try to scare us,"

"No guys I think we should just go home," a timid girl asks.

"Don't be such a loser. Guys lets go, this has to be part of his attempt to scare us," a tall male laughs.

And so we all took a deep breath and went deeper and deeper into our doom. Oh how I wish we could've left, oh how I wish I never said yes.

Walking closer and closer to the spotlight we noticed no one was there.

It was only till everyone was close by that a figure appeared from the shadows. A dark and disturbing figure. He looked as to be the ring leader from a circus. He had ripped and dirty black and white striped overalls, a white dress shirt that was stained with mud and what looked to be...blood?? And shoes that were so big, I don't think it's humanly possible. His frame was skinny and bony. His back was abnormally shaped and his shoulders were completely disjointed and were popping out from his socket. Not to mention his arms were like 10 feet long. So long that they dragged on the floor. His hands were not visible, all you could see where five razor sharp blades to represent each finger. They were curved and pointy at the tips to make it look like longer, sharper, bear claws.

These were all just minor details. What really struck us was his face. Under and above his eyes he had pieces of flesh cut in the shape of triangles. The excess skin around the open cut was sewn down with thick thread. His mouth was also cut into a smile with the tips reaching the bottom of his ears. The blood was already dry on his face and the excess skin was also sewn down. His teeth were a set of razors. Sharper and pointer than a sharks mouth. His teeth would be able to kill you in one bite. He had no hair to speak of as the skin around his skull was peeled back as well. To tie it all together, his eyes were pitch black and soulless, which contrasted heavily to his twisted smile.

"I-is this s-some kind of j-joke?!" A guy stammers

"What the hell is that thing!?" Some girl screams

"Guys wait maybe it's just Noah trying to scare us! Relax!" Some other...lets just say idiotic and ignorant person assumes.

"LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, I WELCOME YOU TO TODAYS HALLOWEEN SPECIAL!!" the figure speaks. His voice was so atrocious it made my ears bleed. It sounded as if there were 20 people just constantly scratching their nails against a chalkboard.

"Now I would like to thank each and every one of you for attending today's event. We have many eager souls just waiting for the game to start!!"

"Game? What game?! Where is Noah?! Is this some kind of prank!?" William yelled, fear slowly crawling up his spine.

The figure's head tilted to the side but as he did so, his neck cracked and bent in a terribly unusual and inhuman way. Just looking at him made me sick.

"Oh my did no one tell you?! Well you're in luck my beauties because I'm here to explain everything!! Hehehehehehehehehehe!!" The figure...no, creature laughs.

"19 people 19 flies.

Very soon, very soon they die.

19 people drop like flies.

The last one left, is the last who survives.

Make it through the night,

Don't get killed,

And you go free, free to leave!" The figure laughs as his back cracks into another humanly impossible position.

"19 flies!? Soon they die!? Don't get killed!? What the hell is this!?"

"What the hell are you anyway!? That's it!! I'm leaving this freak show!!" A male yells out of fear.

Just as he turns around, the figure was standing right in front of him, his nails...claws pierced through his eyes and through to the back of his head. Slowly, as the male screamed in agony, slowly the figure cut down his face until he reached his neck and sliced it off as if it was butter.

"18 people 18 flies.

Very soon, very soon they die.

18 people drop like flies.

The last one left, is the last who survives.

Make it through the night,

Don't get killed,

And you go free, free to leave!" The figure laughs and disappears. Suddenly the whole amusement park lights up, all the rides come on and music starts to play. And this my friends, is where I met my doom.
