JANNA'S POV

The light slipped through the curtain hitting my face. I instantly pulled the covers over myself, not allowing the sun to ruin my sleep. I was close to falling back asleep when there was a loud crash next to me. I shot up, heart racing. I put my hand over my chest trying to calm my self. I looked around trying to find the source of the noise. My eyes filled with anger
"UGH! What the hell Axel I told you to stop coming in my room!"
"But grandma said to wake you up so you don't miss the bus." He said in a sassy voice. "So i did." I looked at him, more rage bubbling inside if me. I balled up a fist trying to reason with myself that it was to early
"Hurry up and get the hell out!" I said throwing a pillow to his face
"Okay jeez!" He said stomping his way back to the door. "W-wait...you said something about missing a bus?" I asked scratching my head in confusion, not really comprehending what he just said.
"I mentioned the bus 5 minutes ago!! Jeez your so slow!" He said slamming the door. "Shut up." I said softly. I faintly heard him laugh, acknowledging me that he heard me and knowing he's won. Grabbing my phone of the night stand I look at the time.
"Holy crap I only have 5 minutes to get ready!"
Jumping out of bed and running to the bathroom quickly brushing my teeth and rushing back into my room.
'Wow im glad I took a shower last night instead of this morning'
I opened my draw's pulling out a pair of blue jeans along with a black short sleeve shirt. I go to the closet pulling out a black pair of boots. I pulled my hair up in a quick messy ponytail, rushing out the door and sprinting to the bus stop. Once I got there I bent over trying to catch my breath, panting like a mad man.
"I can't believe... I just ran.. half a mile and still have time to spear!" I said aloud bending over with my hands on my knees, panting like an animal, failing to notice the person standing next to me.
"Half a miles?"
My head shot up. I looked around Spotting a tall guy with blonde hair and blue eyes. He had such a deep voice it sent shivers down my back. My throat went dry I couldn't get any words out.
"uuuuuuuuuuuuuuh."
He looked at me and chuckled. HOLY CRAP just seeing him smile makes my heart stop and my face go into a deep crimson red.
"Well I'm Cody." He said with a toothy smile.
"umm..." i paused "i'm... Janna"
"that's a Cute name" he said winking.
HE WINKED!! HE FRIGGIN WINKED AT ME!! My face went a hundred shades darker.. if thats even possible. The beat of my heart was so loud im pretty sure he could hear it.
Knowing me I probably left my my mouth open cause he laughed again
The bus chose that moment to arrive. Coming to a stop the bus doors opened.
"Ladies first Janna." Cody said smiling gesturing towards the door, bowing a little. I blushed and bowed picking up my dressng, like how queens do in movies and stepped inside laughing.
My face fell when I saw there were no seats.
'Crap theres no empty seats opened.' I didn't want to seat next to a weirdo.
I moved down the isle, spotting a girl with headphones on who was looking out the window like it was the most interesting thing in the world. You can hear her music from four seats up. I think it was instrumental music too, something I'm not a big fan of. I got closers and noticed her feet were stretched out in front of her resting against the edge of the seat. She was wearing a black dress with a blue jacket, socks covered her calfs, and black dress shoes. Her black hair was loose and fell on to her shoulders solfy every time she would move.
"Hey..is this seat taken." I asked gently. 'God I'm an idiot she has headphones in...but I guess she would know I'm talking to her if I'm stalking.
"No, go ahead and sit down."
I sat on the other side of her and smiled to myself. Her voice .. was very smoothing and welcoming.
"I haven't seen you around school before, you new?" She asked sweetly.
"U-uh yeah. I just transferred here from u-uh---."
"Hey! Don't look so tense! You can already see the Winkles forming on your forehead!" She commented
"W-what!" As on instinct I covered my forehead and flushed red.
"I kid, I kid" she said laughing a little.
Her face fell back into its original emotionless state. I sat there just staring at her.
"I'm Anne by the way." Turning her head to face me.
"J-Janna."
The bus came to a stop slinging me forward and back again. I looked around gawing at how big the school was.
"Im going to get lost the second I set foot there!" I whispered yelled
"Haha welcome to saber high school" Anne laughed
I just stared at her. Was she serious? She got up and started making her way toward the egress, I followed.
"I have a friend her name is Lucy. I'm sure you guys will get along perfectly!" She clapped her hands and smiled. We where walking through the crowd when I walked pasted Cody from the bus stop. It felt like It went by in slow motion, my hair blowing in the wind behind me. He winked and everything went back to normal and we continued walking.
"HEY ANNE over here!!!"
I turned around spotting a tall blonde.

Ha cliff hanger. I know some people hate when authors do that so suuuuuuuuffer lmao. I kid I kid. Anyway request from J. Umm I will take requests. I won't promise they'll be good though 🙂 unless theyre a gratsu or a stingue. Oh! Speaking of gratsu i am actually working on a story 😆 like finally after four years 😅 so that's an improvement.
