Nightmares and The Blue Light

                                                                                    Prologue

She placed a single hand on the cold water streaked window, the small drops that settled to the bottom of the glass barrier making her eyes follow with a small smirk growing on her face. This smile grew wider and the sharp pearl white teeth that were hidden by her black gloss lips, showed her insanity. She laughed silently, the outside world couldn't handle her, she had to many distant secrets that she didn't even know and hoped not to find out. The dark nightmares and the blood that seeped through her veins weren't human and she knew that very well in deed. The sharp tears that grew in her black eye linered eyes, showed the dark painful memories that she had hidden in her dark heart. She twisted her head way from the window, the dark tears running down her pale skin. 

"What's wrong sister?"

A whisper of a boys voice made her look up quickly, her eyes locked on her brother and she sighed, relieved it was him. 

"I'm alright brother Kuro,"

She tried her best to smile, but her sorrow didn't help her case. He placed a reassuring hand on her shoulder, his red eyes full of worry and eagerness. She understood what he was trying to tell her, she nodded and with a angered sigh she said:

"Its time to hunt again, isn't it?"

He stood there quietly for a couple of seconds, his hand slipping from her shoulder to the top of her head. They both began to worry what was up ahead for them, it wasn't as good as she knew it wouldn't be. Kuro disappeared through the door, the darkness of the outside world consuming his entire body until you could only see the silver lining of his katana blade that hung at his side. She didn't want to leave the comfort of her home but, if she wanted to live, she had to.
