"Professor I don't think it'll be exactly easy to kidnap the daughter of the dark lord." Snape commented, eager to avoid his task.
"You know very well that he won't watch over her tonight." Dumbledore explained.
"Why can't someone else take the mission." He pleaded one last time. "He will surely kill me if I fail."
"Severus this isn't just any ordinary mission. This might be the last time we'll get a chance to rescue her. Now go and get the child."

"Why look so glum Severus? He's exterminating the last Potter tonight, celebrate." Peter Pettigrew snickered.
"Yes I'm aware but instead of celebrating I'll be on baby watch tonight."
"Have fun with that devil child. Malfoy told me that last time he watched over her she burned the curtains down with just her mind." Peter said as he grabbed his coat from the coat rack.
"Well she is a witch, and look at her father's abilities. I'm surprised she hasn't killed anyone yet."
He waited for Pettigrew to leave but not a moment later, he walked into the nursery and took the child out of the house for the last time.
