We spent months organising our wedding. We agreed that the main colours will be purple and white. (To be exact, he said that he doesn't care what the colours are, because he will only see me. - And I melted because it's so cute.♡)
We chose our bridesmaids, grooms men, best man, maid of honor, flower girl, and ring bearer. I spent many days choosing my clothing with my best friend, my sister and my mum. And finally, the Day has come...

~~~~~
I woke up earlier than I was supposed to because I was so excited that I couldn't sleep. I put on my trainers and a thin jacket, then I quietly stepped out of the house and took a walk in the neighbourhood. Everything was silent, so it was a little creepy.
When I arrived back to the house, my helpers (mum & sis & bff) were already there, waiting for me.
As the wedding planner team came and started doing the last things in the back garden, I quicky ate some sandwiches to not be hungry during the wedding, then I got ready. A hairdresser did my hair, and I quickly read my speech again to make sure it's perfect.
My mum was already crying so I quickly kissed her cheek hugging her tightly.
"I can't believe that my little girl is getting married today." She mumbled in my shoulder.
"I also can't believe it, mum." I laughed quietly, caressing her back.
Then I went out to the verandah to meet Dave. He was there before me, and he was standing looking out to the garden, almost facing the cameraman, who we hired to perpetuate our special day.
I slowly walked behind him and tapped his shoulder. He shattered a little but immediately turned around. I stepped back and after he looked at me, I also turned around to show him my whole clothing.
When I finished turning, I looked into his eyes.
"You are the most beautiful bride in the world."
"And you are the most handsome groom." I smiled when I could finally lay my eyes on him.
"What did I do to deserve somebody like you?"
"You're talking like I'm an angel or some heavenly creature." I blushed and bent down my head.
"Because you are." He said and put his fingers under my chin to gently raise my head up.
"I'm not. I don't have wings." I said sarcastically as I looked into his eyes again.
"Why is it that every time I'm trying to be romantic you say your not funny little things and ruin my speech?" He laughed quietly.
"I'm not ruining it! I just don't like cheesy things and I'm trying to joke to keep you busy from saying it." I smirked at him.
Just as he was about to answer, someone called his name. He quickly placed his lips on mine before whispering in my ear.
"I'm sure this day will be one of the best days of our life together. I will make everything to be the best. Don't be afraid, just relax and enjoy this day."
"Thanks, babe. I love you." I whispered back and kissed his cheek. Then he went to his place next to the priest in front of the wedding guests and I went to find my dad.
He was waiting for me in the house next to the door so I almost walked into him. I quickly hugged him trying so hard not to cry. He just silently caressed my back and kissed my cheek (carefully to save my makeup). I hooked on his arm almost dying from excitement and waited for the music to start.
When it finally begin to play, a wedding planner woman next to me nodded and opened the door for us and we started to walk.
I was still trying to save myself from crying but it became harder and harder as I saw my and Dave's families smiling at me with a proud look and tears in their eyes.
I smiled, then looked at the ground just to lift my head up again only a few seconds after.
I immediately looked at Dave, and I kept my eyes on his until we reached him. Then I kissed my dad's cheek and he gave my hand to Dave who took it and sweetly tightened his grip on my hands as a sign to let me know that he's there with me and to calm down.
When the priest finally told us to kiss each other I happily leaned in and kissed him passionately. When we parted, the only thing he said before we had to walk to the place where they will take the photos was:
"I love you, Mrs Franco."
And I just giggled at him and started to walk, smiling crazily.
~~~~~~

During the 'photo shooting' we laughed a lot. We made many pictures with idiot faces (these were taken with our friends and siblings or just the two of us), but we also made serious ones with the other members of our family.
One of our most favourite pictures is where every friend of us standing with their arms outstretched, their mouths widely open (they were shouting 'Congratulations' ), enclosing us and we're kissing in the middle of them. We were all standing in the stairs which lead to the verandah from the garden to make it look great.
Another favourite photo is where Dave and I are holding our rings and some Scrabble letters in our palms and they set out two important sentences, 'I do.' and 'Me too.'  He was also holding the engagement ring he gave to me because there are 3 'o's in these sentences.

~~~~~~
When all the photos were taken with everyone, we walked inside the pavilion the wedding planner team build just for this event. There we had dinner and after we danced. Firstly only Dave and I, then we danced with our parents (me with my dad and his dad, he with his mum and mine) and then we danced with everyone. I couldn't count it after some time.
We had fun whether with or without each other during the night, we always kept one eye on the other and we were always smiling. And of course every time we could be together, we used the time and even if we weren't talking, we stood next to each other and clasp our hands...
~~~~~~

After the party finished and we were in our room, I quickly had a shower and found some more comfortable clothes than the ones I were in during the night. Dave did the same and then we just sat in the bed and talked about random things. But the main subjects were of course the wedding and the upcoming honeymoon to our dream country.

But before we could fall asleep in each other's arms, I quickly mumbled something in his chest.

"I can't believe that my dream came true and I became a Franco too."

He kissed the top of my head and quietly laughed in my hair before answering.

"I promise I'll try to be the best husband ever."

And I smiled, knowing that he doesn't even have to try because he sure will be the best.
