One Night Only

Kori Babineaux, Zahara King, Mahalia Marks, and Amara Evers are four best friends trying to figure out life as well as love. They've each found their own personal struggles that prevent them from enjoying life in all its forms. Kori is 19 years old and one of the first in her family to attend college. Between her school, her job, and her family's high expectations, she hardly has time for herself let alone another person. Zahara found herself having to grow up rather quick after losing both her parents to a home invasion gone horribly wrong. She was left to raise her younger twin siblings, Sabine and Anthony, who were only two at the time of their parents' death. At 16 years old she became their only hope of survival and now 20, she still must provide for her now 6 year old siblings. They take up most of her time outside of working and going to school so a social life is far out of reach. Mahalia is the athelete of the group. She's been involved in basketball, volleyball, swimming, track, gymnastics, and kick boxing since she was a child and all she manages to do is improve. Any normal 21 year old might be out partying and getting wasted but Mahalia's life consists of vigorous work out three times a day, constant practice from sunrise to sunset, constant competitions, academics, and a job. She has no room for fun on her full plate. Finally, Amara, the model of the group. She's been modeling her whole life and her manager, who also happens to be her mother, controls every aspect of her life. She's 20 years old but she's under very strict rule. Her life is just not her own. These girls simply want to step away from their lives if only for the night. One night of mistakes, fun, and no regrets. All they're asking for is one night.
