JANE

Pauwi na ako sa bahay nang tumawag si Lillith. Seryoso itong magsalita kaya napadesisyunan ko nang puntahan ito. Minsan lang magseryoso ang babaeng 'yon kaya mas mabuting puntahan nalang.

Pagpasok ko ay dumiretso na ako sa kwarto nito at nandoon na silang lahat except Luci. Umupo ako sa couch nito sa kwarto at tinignan ang kabadong si Lillith.

"So guys, about doon sa pinapasabi ni Ma'am Jen. I think, I can't do this." kinakabahang sabi nito habang kinakagat pa ang kuko sa kamay.

Nagtinginan naman kaming apat, bukas na yung practice, and yet hindi niya pa pala nasasabi?

"You know how much she hates it when someone informs her about something she's involved in before the said date and time, right?" Sabi ni Joy habang naglalaro sa cellphone nito.

Lalo naman itong namutla at nagsimula nang magpalakad lakad sa kwarto nito. Mukha na nga itong iiyak, I can't say I blame her. When we were 16, the same thing happened, and she had a black circle on her left eye for a month, I guess? This causes her form a trauma to be near Luci for three days ahaha. Humingi naman ng tawad si Luci at the end of the day, and Lillith promised to tell her anything beforehand.

"Can someone in this room answer me? What am I supposed to do? Could you please help me? I'll do anything, promise!" sabi nito at wala pa ring pumapansin sakanya. Tinignan naman ako nito at nagulat ako ng bigla itong lumuhod sa harap ko.

"Please, Shax? Could you just do it for me? I'm willing to do anything. I'll buy you whatever you want. I promise, so could you please? Please, just help me this once!" nagmamakaawang sabi nito. Wala naman akong gustong bilhin sa ngayon. Nag cross legs lang ako at tinignan ito.

I don't want a dark circle anywhere around my eyes, so I guess I'll reject her on this one!

"House? Weapons? Clothes? Jewelry? Car---" napatingin naman ako dito. Naalala ko at may gusto pala akong model ng kotse. That car was sold for $18 million the last time I checked? I think last week they released the second one, which has the same features but a different color. I don't care about the old one as long as I have the new one. I'm not crazy about cars, but I don't want to be the third in this world, especially when it comes to my babies! Being first is great, second is acceptable, but third? No way, if that ever happened, I'd do anything to get them two.

"Bugatti La Voiture Noire. Deal or no deal?" sabi ko dito at tinaasan ng kilay. Nanlaki naman ang mata nito sa narinig. It was worth a million dollars so I guess that was a good reaction.

"What the! That was worth a hundred dollars! No, a million! Can you choose some---" tumayo naman ako at naglakad na papuntang pinto, hinigit naman ako nito at binalik sa kinauupuan ko kanina. I know her well, and that is only a mere change in her pockets. This girl will undoubtedly say yes to my proposal!

"Okay, I'll go with your condition. Can you atleast sit down first!" sabi nito at napangiti naman ako. That car is on my list of things to buy once everything is over, but I didn't know na makukuha ko lang ito ng libre. Thanks to her, I don't need to buy that car with my own money.

Kinuha naman nito ang cellphone nito at may tinawagan.

"Hello, this is Erika Coleman. Is the Bugatti La Voiture Noire still on the market?" narinig kong sabi nito. Napangiti naman ako at madadagdagan nanaman ang collection ko. I only need one more car to complete my collection and that is 1963 Ferrari 250 GTO. That particular one is worth $70 million. I'm seeking for the first model of it, so I'll have to plan carefully on how to buy it first!

"What! It was reserved already? By whom?" As expected, it is the world's second most expensive car, and I presume only one person has it as of today.

"I'll buy it in cold cash. Deal?" sabi nito habang nakahawak sa noo. Napatawa naman ako dito. In cash? Seriously?

"I'll buy it twice. No, tenfold of the original price! Just give it to me, okay? I don't take 'no' for an answer. I'll send the money tomorrow morning." nagkatinginan naman kaming apat at nagpipigil ng tawa. Hindi talaga ito tumatanggap ng pagkatalo, kaya gagawin niya ang lahat makuha lang ang gusto nito.

"By the way, I want the first model. It's not a joke to pay ten times of the initial price. You should offer me the first model of it, ikaw na bahala kung paano mo gagawin 'yon and this is just a warning. don't you ever, ever, fool or make fun out of me, got it? I know you know how Coleman works, right?" seryosong sabi nito at ngumiti. Binaba na nito ang tawag at tinitigan ako ng mabuti.

"You better do what you promised!" sabi nito at dinuro pa ako. Tinaas ko naman ang dalawang kamay ko na parang sumusuko at nginitian ito. I can't believe she just waste more than a hundred million dollars just for that condition and she even requested the first model of it. Well, whatever. Like what I've said that was just a change on her pocket.

"Yeah, I'll definitely do that! Just make sure to deliver it on my house next week, okay?" tumatawang sabi ko at lumabas na ng kwarto.

I'm excited to use it! I have a race match in BR and that car is the most suitable one to use on that day!

Dumiretso ako sa kwarto ko at humiga. Sa ngayon magpapahinga muna ako at mamayang gabi ko nalang sasabihin kay Luci.

"I will definitely make her come to that practice tomorrow."  bulong ko sa sarili ko at nakaidlip na.
