Devil or Monster? (Darahae And Chandara Fanfic)

This week is a full of firsts for me. Looking forward to more. ㅋㅋ

First back hug. First holding hands with a guy (except for my brother, of course). First... I think I missed something. Ah right! Today will be my first ride on a cable car.

Dara, you're so in denial.

No matter how hard I resist, that first kiss still pops on my mind.

"Aaaaah! Andwae!" I shouted while shaking my head.

"Wae? Gwaenchanha?" Donghae sounded worried.

"Gwaenchanha." I shyly answered.

Luckily, his attention was diverted when it was already our turn to ride the cable car.

The glass cable car can fit about 38 people but we were lucky enough that there weren't many people that time so the cable car wasn't congested.

"Omo! Sunset!" I exclaimed. I should've took a photo of the stunning view but I left my phone inside my locker.

I was thinking if I should just borrow Donghae's phone when he suddenly held my arm. I looked at him and he seemed scared.

"Wae? Gwaenchanha?" I resaid his question earlier.

I got no answer from him so I suppose he was afraid. I didn't know he is afraid of heights.

I took his hands (which were very cold) and held them. I was just looking at him while holding his hands.

It took only approximately 3 minutes to reach the other end of the cable car station.

"I didn't know that you're afraid of heights." I asked him just as we get off the cable car but he was still not answering.

We walked towards the stairs which will lead us to the Namsan Tower. It was long and steep, I already get tired upon reaching the halfway.

"Here." Donghae told me after he squatted.

"You want us to sit?" I innocently asked.

He shook his head and tapped his back. "Piggyback ride?"

"Anni. I can do this." I refused his offer but my breath was saying otherwise.

"C'mon." He didn't change his position.

I hesitantly rode on his back because I was worried that he'll get tired after but honestly, I am giggling inside. I thought this only happens in dramas. ㅋㅋㅋ

It was a long way up but woah! Namsan tower is a sight to behold!

"Gaja?"

"Ye? Eodie?"

"To the roof terrace."

"But you're tired."

"Gwaenchanha." He smiled to assure me that he's fine.

So yeah, we reached the roof terrace where the love locks were located.

"Do you have your phone with you?" I suddenly asked.

"Wae?"

"Could you please took a photo of me with the love locks as background?"

After my photo shoot with the love locks, we explored the roof terrace. Apart from the love locks, the roof terrace also offers a scenic view of of Seoul's skyline. Since it's already dark, the city lights added sparkle to the view.

"Remember when we were little? We wished to explore Seoul and study on our dream school. Now I realized that our wishes came true." Donghae reminisced while feasting on jjimdak paired with dongchimi. We were currently eating at a restaurant inside the tower.

"Yeah! I thought you already forgot that."

"Why would I?" He slitted his eyes.

"Well if you clearly remember those, then where were we when we made those wishes?" I criticizingly looked at him.

"We were under the maple tree. That was autumn!" He confidently answered.

We recalled our memories while enjoying our dessert, nokcha bingsu. My stomach was aching not because of what we ate but because of laughing my ass out.

After we finished eating, we went back to HaeU to get our bags that we left. He asked if he could take me back to my temporary residence but I protested since it's already late and he might have a hard time catching a ride back to his home.

"Jankanmman. Do you really have a fear of heights?" I asked out of curiosity.

"Anni." He smirked.

"I just want you to hold my hand."
