Alice's pov

I can't believe my little niece Elizabeth has cancer, how am I going to tell Bella and Edward

I went to the living room and called them all in just in time for Bella and Edward to return home from hunting

" What's wrong Alice " jasper asked worried

" Carlisle figured out what is wrong Elizabeth " I said sadly

" What's wrong with Elizabeth " Bella said confused

" She has a cancerous tumour in her spine " I said softly . Everyone looked at each other in complete shock , no one knowing what to say about it

" Is she going to be alright " Bella asked freaking out like any mum would over their baby

" Carlisle took her to the hospital to have an operation " I said sternly

" My poor baby " Bella said falling to her knees while dry crying

Suddenly Seth and Leah walk in smiling and laughing until they see us and Seth looks around trying to find his imprint, Elizabeth

"Where is Elizabeth " Seth said worriedly

"At the hospital " I say quietly . Seth's eyes widened and he looked over the top worried

" What's wrong with her" Leah asked emotionally, Leah loves Eli to death . If anything happened to her , Leah would be a mess ... Seth even worse

" She has cancer in her spine and now she is at the hospital getting an operation, but Carlisle is very good at what he does . She should be fine but in every operation there could be complications " I explain calmly

Leah looked very worried and concerned as she tried to comfort her brother who looked like he was about to cry , Seth was shaking from how much he was worrying .

We all just had to wait for the news on how the operation went and until then , we have to keep calm and not stress because if we do it will upset Seth and Nessie too .
