Kaya nyo na masurvive ang The Hunger Games hahaha char.

Okay, kidding aside.

THE STORY YOU JUST READ WAS BASED ON A TRUE ONE

YEP. Story ito ng friend ko.

If you ever feel like wala kang kasama o walang nag mamahal sayo, meron.

May mga tao talaga na natatakot mag reach out sa iba.

If ever kung na trigger ka man, I'm sorry. Kung naiisip mo na nararamdaman mo ang nararamdaman ni Allie dito sa kwento.

Ayokong sabihin na it's okay because it isn't

Alam kong cliché pakinggan pero you're not alone.

May ibang tao jan na nakakaranas ng mga bagay na nararanasan mo din, na alam din nila ang nararamdaman mo.

Naiiba ka lang naman. And it's not a bad thing.

Wag mong hayaan na masira ng mga luha at scars ang ganda mo, ng katawan mo, ng buhay mo.

There are very little things in life which makes it worth living.

Not a person in this world desereves a scar on their wrist and the idea that they're worthless.

Napagdaanan yan ni *let's hide my friend's name to Alex*. At habang kwinekwento niya yung life story nya, umiiyak ako. Ramdam naramdam ko yung sakit na nararamdaman niya sa bawat salita.

According to her, ang pinaka maganda niyang naranasan ay mag reach out. Hindi man sa parents niya, or a isang doktor, pero sa akin.

It took a lot of guts to tell someone about her pain because of the fear to be judged.

Alex's story inspired me to write Allie's kasi alam ko kung gaano kasakit ma diagnose ng depression.

Si Alex kasi may major depression, halos 9 years na without medication whatsoever. And  I am proud to say na tinutulungan ko siyang makaraos ng isang araw na hindi sinasaktan ang sarili niya.

She would starve herself, she would cut her wrists and thighs, she would cry all night, and she would try to poison herself. At sobra akong naaawa.

Ilang beses na sitang nagtangkang mag suicide.

Natatakot ako para sa kanya.

Para sakin, siya ang pinaka malakas nataong nakilala ko dahil nagawa niyang buhatin ang mabigat na weight ng mundo sa likod niya for nine years.

Alex, this is for you. Your story inspires me to spread awareness for suicide.
