Yes, Zayn is a pop star and pretty famous and the reason he doesn't like interacting with people is that they're fake to him because he's famous. He is from Bradford but lives in London mostly for his work.
These days he has taken a month long break from his busy routine to relax a little bit and thought to go home to his family, to safaa, things in his family aren't going really well in his family at the moment and he was tired of all that. So he decided to stay in London and spend his vacation period there.
