What a wonderful day it was. I finished all of my homework early and got a few extra minutes to make a new YouTube video! This is the best day ever!

Just as Sophia was talking to herself in her head, someone burst though the door which created a loud bang.

"BANG"

What was that? Said Sophia as she turned around to see what it was.

"Sophia!!! Yay! Your done your homework! Now can we please with a cherry on top play in my room! I bought some new toys! Please!!! Please! Please! Please! Please! Please! Please! Please! Please! Please! Please!? Pl-"

Sophia cut her off before she could say another please. She replied with a sigh, then a nod, then a grin.

"So...is that a yes? A no? WHAT IS IT WOMAN??? You know what...I will take that as a yes whether you like it or not."

"Wait! Skyler!" Sophia said right before Skyler left her room.

"What?"

"Sure I'll place with you but I will have to play only for a couple of minutes because as soon as mum comes home, I have to eat dinner so I am not late for swimming again. Ahem. Not. Like. Last. Time."

"Sorry! It is not my fault that you 'accidentally' stayed at home for an extra hour, by listening to music that I did not arrange to happen for an hour!" Skyler says in a innocent voice while batting her eyelashes so innocently.

"You planned it all along! That music was supposed to last 5 minutes! But you switched it while I was in the bathroom and I was sooooo late!"

"Anyway... Can we play now?" Skyler says.

"Fine." Sophia says followed by a deep long sigh.

Sophia and Skyler started to head to Skyler's room to play when they heard a pair of keys that just got inserted into the door, followed by

"Honeys! I'm home!" Mom says in a loud cheerful voice that makes the house echo.

"Your father will be here in a hour so Skyler don't forget to lock up when we leave!" Mom checks her watch then screams, "Oh! Wow! Ok! We have to go! Sophia! Dinner is now on the table! Time to eat!"

"Ok mom! I am coming!"

Sophia and Skyler head downstairs while Mom says for the last time,

"Lets go! Move it! You don't want to be late like last time! Ahem."

"Like I said earlier, IT WAS CERTAINLY NOT ME!!!"

"Sure." Sophia replies with a grin.

Sophia, Skyler and their mom ate their dinner. When they were all done Sophia went upstairs to go and change when the door bell rang.

Ding dong ding dong!

Sophia's Mom answered the door and in the doorway was Sophia's dad. He said hello as he walked into the kitchen and said after a long silence

"What's for dinner?"

"Meatballs and noodles. I have to go."

"Ok?"

Sophia's dad starts to eat dinner while their mother screams loud enough so Sophia can hear her when she is changing

"SOPHIA! GET DOWN HERE ITS TIME TO GO ALREADY! ARE YOU DRESSED?"

"IM COMING!"

Sophia rushes downstairs and puts on her coat.

"Bye guys! See you later!"

Sophia and her mom leave the house with 3 minutes to spare. They head into the car and in a couple of minutes, they arrived at the swim centre.

Sophia heads inside after her mom wishes her luck.

This is my first ever swim class in level 9! I am so excited! And nervous. I hope that no one from my school is there. That would be embarrassing. No. even worse! Humiliating! Stop! I don't want to jinx it. Now let's get my swimsuit on.

Sophia finishes putting on her bathing suit and heads on inside. She steps inside the centre and something surprises her which made her jump!
