"Max!" someone yelled. I turned back towards the gate doors. I see Kaii standing at there with his suitcase at the gate. My face goes bright red and I smile confidently. I drop my phone and my earbuds come out of my ears. I run to Kaii as he opens his arms wide to me in the middle of the airport. As I run to him I felt as if the world had slowed down like in movies. I felt free, happy, and in love. I ran into his arms and hugged him tightly.
"I'm never letting you go," he whispered.
"I know, and I don't want you to," I replied in tears.
"I love you, Max," he said softly as I buried my head into his shoulder.
"I love you too, Kaii," I mumbled while still crying softly

Kately and I take Kaii to the town mall to hang out. As we walk around, Katelyn goes into Aeropostale. Kaii and I stand outside the store and wait for Katelyn. I notice Hot Topic is having a sale and I want to go in the store while Katelyn's busy. Kaii noticed that I kept staring at Hot Topic and then grabbed my hand, dragging me into the store. When we go in, the first thing I see is Twenty One Pilot merchandise. I immediately get excited and head to the back of the store towards the merchandise. Kaii stands near the doorway and waits for me to look at stuff. I look at him as I pick up a tee shirt. He smiles at me and I blush hard. Katelyn sees Kaii in the doorway and walks over to the window. I put the shirt back to walk over to them.
"Where do you guys want to go next?" Katelyn asks.
Kaii looked at me, "It's up to you, honestly," he said calmly.
"Well," I said slowly, "how about we go get ice cream?"
"Ok, that's fine with me. What about you?" Katelyn asks Kaii.
"That's fine. I want to do what Max wants to do," Kaii smiled.
* * *
As we walked towards the exit, Kaii stopped. I turned around to ask what was wrong as Katelyn kept walking away.
"Is something on your mind?" I asked.
"You're going to hate me," he replied with a sigh.
"Why would I hate you? I love you, Kaii. You know that's true," I looked at him.
