1 Month Later.

My lawyer told.me.that I wasnt allowed to take all my things out yet until the court approved of me to leave and give me my paper work.

Today we have to go.to court.I had recently rexoded a song called Tomorrow  (by Daughter) and also released it to the world.And they responded really well.I Gaines more fans since Justin Bieber, One Direction,Ariana Grande,and The Wanted promoted it too.

As anyway I had to go to court.My lawyer made me get a rape kit when I called him he instantly made me get one before we had to.go.to court when I.told him.she sighned the paper.That was my evidnece pluses the bruise he gave me.Thy took pictures of it.He also contacted Nathan who was the only other Peron who knew about this.He was going to.be there to testify so was Jade who was there for the first time also.They were there to testify that I was a responsible adult and I could take care of myself like I have been since my father died.

When we arrived at the court house so many papz were there like there were like a bus load.I put on my sunglasses along with Nathan,And the boys, Harry was also there alone.and Ariana. and Jade we all had on sunglasses as the papz yelled questions at me and things but my lawyer and security that Scooter hired were there to let us through.

We finally get through the papz and went inside.

When we started we both me amd Lydia had to take oath to not lie and things like that.

Then I was called to the stand.Man it feels like ive been committed for murder.

Anyway I was called to stand and took another oath.

"So Christina or Crissy as you like to be called.Why did you want to get emancipated."My mom's lawyer says.

"To get away from a man my mom is currently pregnate by and is going to.marry soon."I say

"And why is that?"He says.

"Because I dont feel safe around him."I say

"Is that because he has a history of sexual assault and assult agianst you"Mr.Jenkins says my.mom's lawyer.

"Yes"I say.I hear a few gasps but didnt look up.

"But you had no proof other than scars from when he beat you.But also other scars that you were cutting yourself.attempting suicide."Mr.Jenkins says.

"Objection were not here to interigate my client just to.get her free and as her own person"My lawyer Mr.Sanders says

"Okay.Skip that question please.Mr.Jenkins"The Judge says

"Okay"I say and I left the stand.This trial turned heated when Derek went up.

I could see Nathan tense up when.Derek lied about raping me.I could tell he wanted to blurt it out but he's not supposed to say anything.

  in the end I won amd I was now emancipated.I only had my clothes in my closet that was boxed up and some books and stuff.I went strait home and went to put my stuff in the car.We were all going to go celebrate.

As im taking my last box out my mom and Derek comes in.

"Your really leaving."Lydia says.

"Yeah.Im not going to.be gone far though."I say "Ill come.visit to check on you"

"But why do you want to leave me"Lydia said tears filling.her eyes.Then I see her cluch her growing bump it was small but I can still see it.No I cant let this happen.He cant really try and kill her.Ill kill him first.

"Derek I dont care anymore.your causing more pain.Mom Derek is still raping me and beating me.He has been for awhile and if you dont belive me ask. my lawyer he made me do a rape kit.And he threatened me mom.Im sorry but I love you to much to let this happen any longer.I cant let you he with a man that's so perverted.you can call Nathan perverted but he's never forced me to do things I didnt want to.It was always my decision and with Derek I didnt want him.touching me.and I dont want him touching you"I say crying let the tears fall.
