Have you heard the story Rapunzel? Yea, the one with the girl with long blonde hair. Well here is the true story. So the story starts the same once upon a time but Rapunzel was actually the witch's daughter and the king and queen took her from the witch as punishment because, well, she is a witch. The girls name was actually Rose. She had gallons of hair that was golden, her dress was pink and she had the most beautiful voice ever but the king and queen were cruel and never let her or the town's people celebrate anything, they weren't even allowed to sing and dance. As the years went on rose grew into a mean, snobby and dependent woman who always wanted everything her way. The witch had become the king and queens adviser just to see her daughter.

Rose didn't know that the witch was her mum and very much despised her because when she was young her fake parents told her the witch had took her for herself and the knights found her in a wolfs den with the witch giving the child meat from the wolfs while wearing the wolfs fur as clothing. Rose's whole life was a lie yet she never knew it. Princes came from the far lands of the world just to see and meet her, but all she said to them was no. every night the witch would go to roses room and watch her sleep, like that's not creepy, and she would only leave one hour before the princess woke up in time to help the maids make breakfast.

This all changed when a skinny man arrived at the castle asking for shelter. The princess was the one to answer the door. The princess looked at him up and down and slammed the door in his face. The witch then answered the door and welcomed the man into the castle. The princess disapproved of this action and raced up to the telephone to call over her princess friends. "Hey girl-friends, come over. I got some new gossip." Said rose as the witch guided the man to a spare bedroom. Then the girls arrived and they ran upstairs past the boy and placed their items in all the spare rooms then locked the doors with the key and went to roses room, leaving no place for the poor man to sleep. Luckily the witch was the key holder and had all the keys to all the rooms, so she unlocked all the room's, except rose's, and moved all the girls items into the bedroom with heaps of beds. Leaving a room for the guest.

The man thanked the women, not knowing that she was a witch, and asked when dinner was. "Dinner will be brought to you so the king and queen will not be frustrated at you or me. It will arrive around 7:30." said the woman. Later that night the princess guests had to leave to their own kingdoms for dinner and rose was not impressed. As dinner past, the man wanted to know if there was desert. He crept down the stairs and towards where the royal family ate. Not knowing this he continued his journey to find the old woman. Then the king spotted him.

"Who do YOU think you are walking around in MY kingdom?" questioned the now frustrated king. The man replied calmly "I came here seeking shelter for the night, your daughter answered the door, closed it, then a nice old woman came to the door and invited me warmly into your home. She gave me a room to sleep in and gave me dinner, I am now trying to find this nice woman to know if there is desert." The king looked to his wife then back at the man. "She would be in the kitchen which can be found on the kingdoms map that is just there." Spoke the king as he pointed to the map. The man thanked the king and then glanced at the princess. He navigated through the castle to the kitchen and, as thought, the witch was there.

"Well what do we have here?" questioned the kitchens boss as she looked at him. Then the witch came out of the cold room and saw the boy. She then raced to him just in time. "He's here to see me" Replied the witch. The boss agreed and left the boy alone with the witch. "What did I tell you about walking through the castle on your own. I thought I told you to stay in the room that I gave you access to so you would not get in trouble by the king and queen." Said the witch in a slightly angry voice. "I came searching for you, to ask if there was any desert. That is all." Replied to boy as the door opened, it was the princess. The witch left the room because rose told her to and rose was left with the boy. "I never got to know your name?" questioned the princess. The boy's name was peter smith.

The witch had been eavesdropping the whole time and heard the boy's name. The witches name was Margret smith. When rose was born a boy was later delivered to the world but he was taken by the king and queen, like rose, and was taken away to another town as a farmer's son. She had never seen him since, he as her son. Brother to rose, son of Margret smith, the witch. The witch kept her mouth shut to the king and queen, rose and peter. Weeks, months than a year went by with Margret begging the king and queen for peter to stay longer. They answered in a yes, but only for one year and 5 months.

Rose go to know peter better and he learned more about her. The witch, of course, learned more about both of them. The time had come when peter had to leave. Then the witch stopped him and told him about her having a son and a daughter, rose and peter. He declined of being her son. But the witch never let him outside. She kept saying that he was taken away from her and set to another town. She even had the adoption forms from the royals work office. He glanced at her and said "Mom?" Margret started crying and saying yes, peter, I am your mom.

Rose had overheard the conversation and said "the witch, Margret, is my true mum?" she ran to the king and queen and asked "the witch is my true mum, isn't she?" they king and queen explained that she was her daughter and they had taken her from her mother for her own protection because being a witches daughter would never have any love and would be bullied, but if she was a princess she would be famous and she would never be bullied. They told her that her name was rose instead of Rapunzel, they didn't want and witch named child, so they changed her name. Rose was disgracwqqqqqqqqqqqqed by her fake parents. She fled the room towards the witch. She ran into her arms and cried repeating the mum, my true mum into Margret's ear.

In the end the king and queen were fined for stealing children and being cruel to the town's people. As for the witch and her children? They moved to a cottage in the forest were they cared for the injured animals and grew crops so they could eat. The king and queen then had a rough time living with themselves while caring for the town's folk so they didn't get fined again. That is the true story of Rapunzel. The end.
