In Once Upon a Time, everything is different. Peter Pan is a villan, Killian Hook is good, but peter pan still leads the lost boys. He has a pan flute that is enchanted where only certain children can hear it, and you'll see what I mean. The pan flute lures children to peter pan so they live with him "forever". In skull rock, there in an hour glass that times down how much longer he will live. Neverland is a place children visit in their dreams, but Peter Pan wanted to stay. The hour glass in skull rock apeared when he dicided he would stay forever. The only way he would not die when the hour glass ran out was by taking another child's youth. He used his pan flute to lure kids there so they can have a joyouse time, but when he was about to die, he would rip out their heart so he could live.
