Chapter 27: Papyrus' Pastable Crush (XD)

Ink couldn't wait for the date and she went ahead and started preparing. The thought of Error never escaped her mind as she picked out an outfit. She knew about both types of love. There was love as in romance and the other was LOVE that was used to kill and make others suffer. She didn't completely know about LOVE, but she never bothered to ask Sans. She kept thinking about love and LOVE, but when she snapped out of it minutes later she realized she was done preparing. She went downstairs trying not to pass Papyrus, but soon was confronted by the familiar tall skeleton. "Ink, what are you doing? You seem to be staring into space" Papyrus stated, waving her hand in front of Ink's face. Ink snapped out of it yet again and looked at her sister with a smile. "It's nothing to worry about, Paps" she said, walking past her. Suddenly a paintbrush fell from a shelf beside Papyrus and she made a shy little squeak. She gained control of herself and regained her confidence. 'She's so cute when she's so shy' Ink said in her thoughts. "Hey, sis?" Paps asked as she took the paintbrush that had fallen off the shelf. "Yes, Paps?" Ink said. "D-do you think Mettaton will come over and try my spaghetti sometime? I want him to try it" she asked as she got her paint and set up her easel to start painting. "Of course! He would love it, especially if the best spaghetti maker made it" Ink said, sprinkling some confidence into Papyrus. "You really think so?" She asked, trying to confirm Ink's answer" yes, and I have to go... uh... do some... art with.,, Dream and Fresh!" Ink said, slipping out the door. She felt bad for leaving Paps alone, especially since she just lied to her. 'Oh, Asgore, I'm soooo sorry Paps! I didn't want to lie to you' She couldn't stop saying in her head. In the back of her mind she thought 'I wonder if she ACTUALLY likes Mettaton'.
